I've gone to couture med spa for several years with excellent service and staff. It was amazing. As…read moreof late, there's been a mass exodus of amazing longstanding staff that were more like family. Sadly, any location is now booked 1-2 months in advance. Ridiculous. Front staff is replaced with less than competent staff. My visit today was a reflection of this. I waited weeks for my appointment today. Today's appointment should've been straightforward. It was anything but. I was taken to the back by Kristen Martinez, Assistant Practice Administrator. If you are unfortunate, like me, to get her, talk very slow, don't use big words. She probably won't get it then either but.. one must try when she's your only option. In my opinion, the mental-midget is in the wrong job. Perhaps she's better suited for auto mechanics?. Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me. My mental midget didn't know if I needed to be numbed,, what order to numb me, then doesn't listen to my question about the product that's banked , instead quotes another product in a rude tone like she's the authority of what I'm going to do. She's clearly in the wrong industry. This is a beauty industry. I don't HAVE to go there to spend my money. They DO have competition. Karina can't process big words or minimally complex business issues. I'd not have her run a flea circus let alone a lucrative med spa. My Rather simple ask to a minimally complex issue, was quickly resolved with another person, more intelligent, kinder person at the front. It was great. Competent people are awesome to work with. After I got my issue resolved I left. Karina then calls to tell me she's cancelled my membership (thank you! You beat me to it. I don't tolerate Incompetence) then your email was poorly written to try and hurt me? Oh no, I'm sharing it on every review site, BBB and Florida Health Board and Artorney General.Groupon,, so THANK YOU for saying the quiet part out loud so it serves every future customer so they know to never trust this establishment and to never bank any product here! You are quite the salesman. I'm also printing copies of your emails and distributing to your competition . I've attached a screenshot for the world to see. I want everyone to read it so they know to NEVER BANK any products with ANY COUTURE Congratulations!!!! You must have gotten your MBA from a crackerjack box. Oh that's right... no MBA...

I'm Melvin Morales, and I received CoolTone treatments at Bodenvy Winter Park in 2024. I completed all treatments and returned for my 90-day follow-up, where I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction in writing. Despite this, Bodenvy later told my lender that I was happy with the results -- a statement that does not match my documented communications or experience. They did offer me a 30% refund after I raised concerns -- which acknowledges the issues -- but I declined, believing the offer was not proportional to the outcome. I'm now pursuing this matter through formal consumer protection channels, including Cherry (the loan provider) and federal authorities. I'm sharing this review to inform future clients and help others make an informed decision. This is my honest, documented experience. Under both federal and Florida law, I have a First Amendment right to publicly share: * My experience * My opinion * Factual statements The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) also protects my right to post truthful reviews of a business. read more

The staff is very friendly and treat you like family here. Jennifer is my nutritionist there and she has helped me through the tough parts of the diet and is extremely fun to talk too. She has helped me tremendously through the diet because I have certain cravings and we find ways to work around it. Like the ice cream. We found keto ice cream that I am allowed to have. We also found a bunch of substitutes that I could do in baking recipes for the holidays which taught me how to make some killer cheddar biscuits (which I may make again soon) Rosa switches between this location and the other one and she is very fun to talk too. She got me into this program and I thank her for that for I wouldn't have met the rest of the staff. They try to make you as comfortable as possible during the entire process of transformation. Now, I am terrible with names but if I could name it would be a long long list. But, everyone there helped me get to where I am at now and I have them all to thank for that. read more

I initially went to just to get the free consultation and gift; Little did I know that's when I would begin my life changing journey. I was lucky to have met one of the owners, Jim, on that first day. He showed me around, explained what they did, told me about his own personal experience all the while I was waiting for the pitch as why I needed to use their services but it never came - that was the first plus. After deciding to start the program I was assigned to Jennifer as my nutritionalist. She is AWESOME‼‼ She listened to my concerns and together we came up with a plan that was right for me while incorporating the use of some their amazing technology. I have also yet to meet a member of state that is not friendly or encouraging. My weight loss journey started with me at my heaviest EVER at 215lbs and with the help of the amazing Jennifer I am now at 172lbs and continuing my journey to a better me. Thanks Bodenvy‼‼‼ read more

I followed the steps and restrictions associated with the urine test and shipped it off to BodyLogicMD. I waited a couple of weeks to get a 1st appointment of the day (5:30am) with Quest Diagnostics because those appointment times get scheduled very fast. I need to lessen the exposure to others as I have several Covid-19 high-risk medical issues. There were at least 10 other people there when I got there so, so much for the early appointment precautions of being around less people. Quest asked me for my insurance information but I was under the impression that the order from BodyLogicMD was paid for in the initial $500. Quest said no, they still needed my insurance...so I gave it to them. I don't know if I'll be billed by my insurance or not at this point. I was emailed my results for the urine and blood testing from BodyLogicMD and got on my phoned initial consultant where the first thing Susan Compton told me was that I should know that she is NOT a medical doctor but a PA. That surprised me but I did agree to continue the consultation. The name BodyLogicMD made me think I was working with a physician...but OK. Susan went through the two test results that they had mailed me, line by line, and it revealed the need for hormone replacement therapy, nutritional changes and supplements I should be taking. At the end of the call, Susan told me Kiersten would follow up with costs and logistics on starting the regimen she had laid out for me. Kiersten called and the first thing she said was I owed $495 for the phone call consult from Susan. I was told by BodyLogic at the outset that the $500 I already paid included the initial consult. Kiersten said that I'm not the first person she's spoken to that was not informed that the initial consult actually was NOT included in the $500 I paid up front. I am sad, hurt and feel like a fool. I've been preyed upon for my real need for treatment only to have extra costs I can't afford sprung on me. I feel duped. Needless to say, I ended the call before ever hearing the fees for the plan Susan had set up for me. I told Kiersten I do not want to continue forward with BodyLogicMD. I got another call about an hour later from their pharmacy wanting to discuss the supplements they were preparing for me. I told them no, I am not going forward. I hope I don't find a bunch of supplements in my mail box that I'll be required to pay for as I made it CLEAR TO KIERSTEN, I'M OUT. If you have the financial means, this may be a great company for you and you might have good results. But for me...I am too crushed to work with those I reached out to for a lifeline for real medical issues and they were not up front and truthful.
