Ok, so I will preface with this that I'm well aware that this kind of service is not accessible to everyone and that I am very fortunate to be able to do this. Anyway, Core Values is concierge PT. What does that mean? That means that rather than having time cut short by insurance limits, I get a full hour session of just the PT, not including all the admin time insurance companies add in. I get direct access to email/text/call the owner Rebecca whenever I need anything or have any questions. She does packages and payment plans and you can submit for reimbursement as out of network to your insurance company. I am finally getting some life long structural issues and compensation addressed. A lot of times insurance limits you to one specific body part or an injury when a lot of times it's a combination of things. This allows for me to address multiple things at once and help me decrease pain and improve my ability to walk and run long term. What can i say about the amazing team that is Dr. Rebecca and Dr. Megan? I have been in physical therapy for the better part of 2 years rehabbing multiple achilles surgeries. This is the first facility I've gone to, where i didn't feel like, just a number. At core values, you get the individual attention you need. You are the only patient being attended to at a time, not you, and 3 others. The hands on massage rehab portion, done by Dr. Meg has reduced my healing time in half, as she has gotten rid of my swelling. The physical rehab is not for the faint of hard. They challenge you, to heal you. Away from the facility, they utilize a state of the art, application, that updates you with some at-home exercises to keep up with, between appointments. This isn't just a list of things to do. There are instructional videos of how to do each exercise, along with how many sets and reps. Besides being incredible therapists, they are great people. Dr. Meg regularly checks in on me, on days in between sessions, to see how I'm healing and progressing. Even Gabe, who runs their scheduling and front desk, is jovial upon arrival, and makes the scheduling and payment process, seamless. Rebecca came highly recommended from some friends in my runners club. I had been dealing with a nagging ache in my right calf/ Achilles/ heel area. Like most runners, I tried to fix it myself but couldn't get rid of it. After more than 4 months, I finally decided to book a PT appt. I sent initial contact through email/ website and Becca got back to me right away. We set aside some time to talk on the phone (she asked about my injury/ pain, asked about my running, etc). Then we set up an appt at her location. It was a full hour one-on-one. She started by asking more about my issue, got detailed info on my running/ workout schedule, got information on the different shoes that I wear (and she asked me to bring in several pairs so she could check the wear). After the interview, she spent some time palpating the area for any soft tissue damage. She also examined my shoes and made some suggestions (trying a different shoe, getting wider shoe). She watched me walk, then run on the treadmill while taking a video. I ran with and without shoes. It was really insightful! After that, she spent time having me do some exercises (my homework). Within 2 days, she sent me an email with all her suggestions. The email even included videos on the exercises she recommended for me. Within a week, I already noticed a significant difference in how I felt (for the better of course!). I went back for another visit 1 month later where she taught me a couple techniques, answered my questions, and showed me some additional exercises to do. Again, I had an email within a couple days with all the info. I can now say that my heel/ calf soreness has resolved!! Now I will say that you do need to put in the time and effort to follow her recommendations. But I am a very happy customer and I 100% recommend Becca. She is a triathlete so she totally understands the needs of athletes. read more

I injured my shoulder during a martial arts tournament and after getting an MRI found out I had a labrum tear. After looking at some recommendations, I decided to go with Rebecca at core values to rehabilitate my shoulder. Just after two sessions, I have so much more range of motion than I had before and less pain and popping sensations.
