Then, a week later, I get a text saying they can't work on my bike because it has a crack in the frame. Only options were to fix or replace. When I asked about repair cost I was quickly dismissed and referred to some guy in Poway. Just first name, no contact information. When I went to get my bike, parts were removed and they hand me a bag with cassette, crankset and other parts in it. When I asked why they took it apart and didn't put back together I was told that this was a "Gray area". What??? I spent over $15k on 2 new bikes at this shop, and get this type of treatment. At least Tyler gave me the repair guy's phone number. Not sure why they couldn't have given this to me before, instead of leaving me to fend for myself. I will never return to this store again. Beware of the upsell!!!!
