I was at the hospital and my doctor called in a prescription for enoxaparin sodium 120 MG. The doctor apparently wrote the prescription incorrectly, the pharmacist Ms Mallory call me to explain the issue and it was about 7:52pm she told me it needed to get taken care of before 8pm and I was preparing for ultrasound...long story short, I was able to give her a number to call the Doctor Who had left... before she spoke to another doctor the phone drop, then no answer, she was determine to take care of this, she finally managed to get the doctor to rewrite the prescription and I was able to pick up my medicine the following day... as far as I'm concerned as a customer...pharmacist Tyra Mallony went beyond the call of duty. if she hadn't done what she did I would not have been released from the hospital that night...excellent customer service fives STARS. *****
