Thank you Tom and StreetBar patrons for keeping it LGBT+ welcoming.

My first time back to the street bar in years this last week. There is karaoke and a very fun, happy crowd. It was a nice balance between people from Palm Springs and a few people from out of town very diverse with handsome young men, sexy, quick well experienced bartenders, and a very well established monitor a good looking guys willing to have conversation and share a joyful experience at the StreetBar. Thank you, Tom an amazing and handsome Bartender! Bartender time reminded me of mutual friends, Frank and Annie Rodel... iconic LGBT Bar owners from the San Fernando Valley and the city of Ventura, California. I realize the challenges in keeping our LGBT plus bar and community gathering places, safe and enjoyable. Thank you to all of the Bar owners, bartenders, and patient Bar patrons... they keep places like the StreetBar and Franks bar Paddys LGBT+ Party Spots.

Great Kareoke night on Sundays. This is a very friendly, and welcoming bar. The chocolate Martinis are phenomenal as is the service and cost. What a difference from the bar three doors down! Only thing they can improve on here is the cleanliness. Bathrooms were kinda nasty

Interesting place - cool vibes. Bar pretty busy and looks like there are a lot of regulars. No food.

This was easily our favorite bar in Palm Springs, gay or otherwise, bar none. Bar none? Bar plenty. Yes, Jamie W and I were doing a bit of a late afternoon bar crawl on Arenas Road which if you don't know, is Gay Central in PS. It's only two sides of one block where at least a half-dozen gay bars dominate the area. We only hit three of them, so we weren't that focused on pure debauchery or impure for that matter. I knew I was going to like this bar almost immediately because the bartenders looked pretty close to my age. So did a lot of the customers with just a sprinkling of twinks probably here on sponsorship if you know what I mean. It was fairly crowded but not impossibly so. We were able to sit comfortably at the bar where friendly locals chatted us up. We felt right at home. Drinks were sure reasonably priced at Happy Hour, just $8 each. Jamie had a Margarita, while I went for my standard Espresso Martini (photo: https://yelp.to/SlN2hmOqyF). They hit the spot, and that was just for starters. DRINKS - 5 stars...convivial libations well priced AMBIANCE - 5 stars...just the right mix and setting for us SERVICE - 5 stars...they keep on top of things TOTAL - 5 stars...just a friendly spot we will return to RELATED - Exploring Palm Springs? Great spot for a strong drink. Staff is friendly and attentive as are the patrons. There is always a crowd which is refreshing.

Streetbar on Arenas Road is the neighborhood bar for locals and travelers! It's inviting lighting, square bar, various tall booth tables and patio seating make for some great leisure exploits inside as well as overlooking the street of fellow local bars and businesses, including Hunter's next door, Dick's directly across the way as well as Chill Bar and Quad's. The seating goes fast both inside and out, but the drinks never run out... Nor do the tunes. Karaoke Nights are abundant, but that like the bar itself fills up quickly as well... You can sign up near the stage toward the back half of the main bar area, which also has a row of chairs on every side. They do accept card or cash most days or nights, though during pride and major event weekends it was cash only... ATM in back just across from the stage. Bartenders and barbacks are nothing but friendly and witty. You enjoy drink specials daily, though Ketel One seems to be the consistent $7 base of choice... See various days of the week for additional fan favs. Great entertainment, including live performers, drag queens and more. I'd say it's a good mix of people, but definitely older gen jolly. One of the most inviting queer spaces on Arenas, hence that line that seems to form when they're at capacity to get in... If you know, you know! Usually not too bad of a wait at all... The line (when present) moves at a good pace, with some beats in-between. Great AC and great energy all around. Q-Tip: While they don't have an active website, they do have a very active Facebook w/ frequent updates. Easy street parking for streetbar throughout the area, limited handicap spots as they go quick and a free parking structure just a light up at Indian Canyon /Baristo Rd

Happy New 2024 Year Palm Springs!!! Complementary food, complementary French, champagne, DJ spinning some bomb-Ass tunes all night, and a very happy crowd. All were satisfied and ALL were in the mood to party! No other place to get your drink on than at STREETBAR on Arenas Road .... Palm Springs, Ca.

Seemed to be more of a mixed age crowd than some other places on the street. Upon arrival, we walked the premises checking out the large front bar, and then into the back area which had the dance floor and a smaller bar. The three of us opted for a table out on the patio which provided the inside music as a background, so having a conversation was possible. The drinks were good and a little more reasonably priced than at our first stop. They had male go-go dancers around the main bar area, providing a little extra visual stimulation over all of the regular customers dancing in the back. All-male bar and wait staff the night of our visit. Overall, I enjoyed myself more than at our first stop, Hunters, which was across the street. I would definitely come back here again.

The first visit, there was a line to get in and from there, a massive line trying to get a drink at the bar. So come early to avoid that. We just wanted to lounge for a bit and grab a drink after dinner. Showed up just after 8:30 which is still early but very easy when we arrived. There was already a good amount of people inside when we walked in. The nice thing, you're able to walk up to the bar and grab a drink pretty fast. It's cash only so be prepared. Inside isn't that big, where the dj booth is. I don't even think it's a dance floor but it could potentially be. They have two bars on either side. But the patio area is where the party happens. It's massive with a good amount of hi top tables with chairs. Also nice to have the fans and mister going in with the heat that's starting to greet us in the desert. Within us arriving, half an hour or so, the place was pretty busy. The line did start to form at the bar which we now are aware. They have different event held different nights during the week. Some are busier than others. I've been with friends where give or take there was a dozen or so of people. Different night have different crowds depending on the events. Of all the times I've been, it's alway been fun. They should have a bar on the patio which will make a huge difference.

The vibe is super laid-back but still has that classic Palm Springs energy where everyone just seems genuinely happy to be there. It's one of those places where you can show up not knowing what to expect and somehow end up staying way longer than planned. The crowd felt really welcoming, not cliquey at all, which I always appreciate because it makes it easy to relax and actually enjoy yourself. What stood out to me most was how unpretentious everything felt. The bartenders were friendly and quick without making you feel rushed, and the drinks were solid and reasonably priced for the area. There's a nice mix of people, from locals who clearly love the place to visitors just passing through, and it all blends together in a way that feels effortless. The music hit that perfect balance where it keeps the energy up without being overwhelming, so you can still talk and laugh without yelling over it. Overall, this is definitely a spot I'd recommend if you're looking for something a little more low-key but still fun and memorable. It has personality, it doesn't try too hard, and it delivers exactly what you want out of a Palm Springs night. I'd absolutely come back next time I'm in town and honestly wish I had discovered it sooner.

Not your typical club but more of a lounge with fun show tunes and music videos. Depending on what night you visit, it does get busy. Drinks are cheap and reasonable. The vibe tends to be more of the mellow crowds, older but fun. Everyone there is for the same things, the show tunes. Also depending on the nights, there's different things going on. I know one night they show musicals which I've never been. I've been normally during the weekend as a start before hitting the other bars. It's always a fun spot to start the night. Everyone is there for fun and singing. A nice patio that looks out to the strip so it's good for people watching. The bar isn't that big so trying to get a drink can be a little of a hassle as they tend to only have two bartenders working. Seemed like that each time I've been. The line situation is also a cluster issue as people are just standing wherever and then trying to work their way in. You'll get a drink but it maybe a while if the place is packed. Regardless it's a fun spot to start the night or end the night. There's no dance floor as it's mainly hi top tables.

They're everywhere, and they're a big reason the city feels as fun and open as it does. Quadz, right off Arenas Road, is one of those places that clearly has its crowd. One of my closest friends is gay and proudly so, and he brings me here often. I can see why. It's easy, relaxed, and doesn't try too hard. This is not a dance club. It's more of a starting point for the night. You come here first, have a few drinks, settle into the vibe, and then decide where to go next. The drinks are affordable, which never hurts, and people are actually social instead of just staring at their phones. They do karaoke, and it's a mix of everything. Some nights it's locals getting up there, other nights there are hired performers singing throwback 80s songs. In the background, old MTV-style music videos are always playing, which gives the whole place a nostalgic, slightly chaotic charm. I had to laugh when I saw my Yelp bestie, Alex K. from Los Angeles, has written six reviews for Quadz. That alone tells you something. For a lot of people, this is the spot. After spending time here, I get it. It's not about being flashy. It's about being consistent, welcoming, and just plain fun.
