I took it back and the guy replaced it with an entire new screen, explaining there was a defect with the initial replacement. Luckily, I was still in the mall when I noticed the issue. To this day, I still have issues where my touch screen stops working. I've gotten used to quickly pressing the power button off and on, for everything to work again. Fortunately, I don't use the responsive touch features, because those were messed up, too. I 100% regret going here to save a buck. I explained the situation and he gave me his number and told me to come back during a weekday when he would be less busy and he would replace it. I reached out to him and came back 9 days later and he took my phone and replaced the screen within an hour for no extra charge.
