Excellent price , professional , and helpful. I called several places and they won't give me any idea or estimate over the phone , unless they come in and look at and charge me $30 to $50 service fee!! One of those came in and gave me an estimate of six times more that Streamline !! These guys will ask you to explain your situation and won't scare you, will give you an estimate over the phone and will make it right. read more

Called Rahn who sent his subcontractor out to take measurements for a broken spring replacement. Agreed on a price (cash) for installation the next day. Texted several times to ask what time he was coming. No response to texts and voicemail was full. Finally called the sub at 2 pm and was told he was busy all day and Rahn never told him to do my job. Very poor customer service. Hired someone else at less money and it was done in 40 minutes. read more

Even though it was the end of the day, Casey came to resolve the problem we had with our garage door. He was not pushy and was willing to change some parts and make it work. We opted to get a new door from him. Casey came back to install the new door when it was convenient for us. Casey worked diligently and neatly. He took time to make sure everything was done properly. Casey was respectful, polite and very accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend him for your garage door needs. Thank you all at Streamline Garage Door. read more

I had Rahn of Streamline Garage Doors stop by yesterday to install a new garage door for us. He was professional and prompt with his initial quote and follow up. He showed up as promised and installed the single door quickly and without a hitch. I had received 3 estimates through the yelp app and Rahn's was the best price at the best quality. He is quick at installing but takes care to ensure the job is completed properly. He is very honest and provides quality work at an unbeatable price! read more

When one of the springs on my Parents, garage door broke, it really put a damper on their Daily Senior Center lifestyle. Typically, if your garage opener breaks down... you are still able to pull the latch, on the middle of the track, so you're able to open the door manually. But when the springs break... The door will not open, because it's the tension of the springs that allow you to raise and lower the garage door. I called a few different places unsuccessfully, before using the "Request a Quote" feature. After a few replies on Quotes via email. Rahn @ Streamline Garage Doors replied by picking up his phone and calling me. Considering he was the owner, and shared how important it was to educate people on their options, Rahn and I were on the same page. After the initial conversation, I was up to speed, on springs cycles, and its relevance- depending on how often the garage opens and closes. Since my folks, use the garage as our main point of entry- over the front door; it was necessary to special order spring cycles with a longer life expectancy. So, Rahn decided to come out on a Saturday Morning @ 8am with his 3 year old son, who was very well behaved. He had new springs replaced, warrantied his product, and even pre-booked a courtesy follow appointment a few months out. Wrapped up in 30 minutes, and they were on their way, to enjoy the day. Ultimately, my Parents were satisfied, being able to get back into Their Senior Lifestyle routine, of running errands, going to Church, and the socializing @ The Senior Center (using their garage door 8-10x/day) Thanks again, Rahn! read more

As a business owner myself, I don't like to leave any negative review unless no intention to fix the issue with unbearable reasons. This is the one ! I replaced my garage door for modern look more than a year ago. Here's the nightmare started!! Every few weeks, I've got problems with not opening smoothly, hard to close and loud noise. Then Rahn came to fix it. It looked fine when he was here. As soon as he left, the issues came again in a week or two. At that time, I felt he would show up and be responsible to adjust it. Even though he was slow to show up. But finally he decided not responding to me at all and i can't use my garage at all!!! He intentionally waited until the warranty elapsed and ignored me completely now. With spending that much money, all it brought to me is frustrating, wasting my time and not functioning at all! I really regretted not working with big companies. When you deal with individual, as a consumer, if he's not respond to you, you have nobody to deal with. He admitted he used inferior quality stuff. As a consumer, please stay away from this small company, you will go through the same painful experience like me! You are welcome to call me at 8188158955 to verify this is a fact! He's totally taking my money and irresponsible. All he cares about is the money! I ended up the malfunctioning garage with this creepy sound!! read more

Streamline Garage Doors - Now it's only the look and not working at all !!!! It even can't be closed completely!!!! - Garage Door Services Near Me - Moorpark, California

A thorough, valuable lesson on how my automatic door works, accompanied by replacement of my spring. It was a hesitant chattery opener and now works wonderfully. The estimate was accurate and only different by the tax amount. Installers should contact this gentleman as he is an encyclopedia of information and obviously loves his work. Plus he took one half hour- efficient too. read more

Streamline Garage Doors has excellent service, fair pricing, quick response, and most importantly a honest review of what is needed to solve and remedy problems. For the last 10 years, I have been a HOA President for Condo complex in Calabasas. Recently I had Streamline Garage Doors review over 70 garage doors which had been consistently breaking, and not maintained by other garage vendors. When Streamline reviewed our process, they created a full recommendation of issues, ways to fix, multiple remedy options, and a cost effective solution that was beneficial to all. I found Streamline to be very honest, fair in pricing, extremely responsive, and easy to work with. As a HOA board member, it is very important to feel that a vendor has your best interest at heart, not there own, and I felt that Streamline really cared about the client experience. This often does not happen with HOA's and vendors, which is why I strongly recommend Streamline as reputable vendor to use. I have worked with dozens of vendors, and this is the first one I would recommend to anyone. read more
