Apparently the Wayne dalton system doesn't last long, you get what you pay for and builders love to use that system because it's cheap. Eric said he could either replace my current system for less, or convert the system to a more reliable one. Everything I read online matched what Eric said. He didn't have availability until the next day, 11am but I let him know to please call if something opens up. He called saying he could arrive an hour early which was fine by me. He took about 55 minutes to replace the spring bar, was reasonably price and friendly. I am recommending him to all my neighbors.
