I've already had to call them back three to four times. First, the original installer left the garage in a mess and failed to remove the old motor and long beam. That alone was unacceptable. More concerning, the garage doors have been opening and closing on their own. Instead of properly addressing the issue, I was repeatedly given vague explanations and told the problem was caused by something else. I also reported that one of the newly installed motors rattles loudly, but was told that this is "normal," which it clearly is not. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company. Save your time and money -- they do not stand behind their work and do not take responsibility for poor installation. I'd give them -5 stars if I could.

But it is the sealing trim around the double door that revealed their Lack of Precision. When two areas started sagging I thought they'd just tack it back up as a courtesy. Instead got dissed with a crazy it's in the sun etc nonsense. (In fact it's under an eve and gets no direct sun). Said it would be a $300 fix. Bottom line they don't stand behind their work. Updated review: I was contacted by the manager, Rafael. He stated that the equipment his firm supplies is professional grade and more durable than typical consumer grade products. That could well be the case but I still have doubts that it represents value for the typical homeowner. Precision seems oriented to serving commercial customers and, as Rafael noted, the firm's cost structure is likely higher than a number of smaller competitors. I should also note that Rafael gracefully refunded the estimate fee that I was originally charged.
