So, expect to spend some time shopping. I do like the idea that pretty much anything you need, from Kitchen Appliances to Groceries, can be found. However, here's the "Setback", Nobody who actually works there is willing to help you locate items! So you're pretty much on your own! Again, it's a HUGE Facility. So, you can end up being pretty frustrated if you're simply looking to buy three or four items and leave! A few things I've always known, having worked in the Hospitality Industry, if you want your business to flourish, Customer Service is Totally Essential. The other thing is maybe you don't need to Smile; But, a quick Hello Welcome to Restaurant Depot! Let.me know if you need any help; goes a Very Long Way in Maintaining A Steady Flow of "Repeat Customers"! Oh, and Don't Just POINT to where an item may be located! Walk the Customer to where it's located! Other than everything I've stated, the Store is Indeed Amazing and if you don't mind spending an Hour or More in the Store, then it's a GREAT Place to find your Everyday Kitchen Essentials at Extremely Affordable Prices! The Parking is Plentiful so you'll never have an issue finding a place to park. Definitely Bring Your Own Bags as Restaurant Depot DOES NOT Provide Bags! I would have given a 5 Star Rating if only the Customer Service were better!

There are so many contracting and construction companies out there that are sub-par at best (and criminals at worst!) JWH is the opposite of that. She took an unusually long time and acted as though she was working on the cake. She then handed me the box sealed, giving me every reason to believe the request had been completed. When I opened the cake at my daughter's birthday party, I was shocked to find absolutely nothing on it--it was completely plain. What is most upsetting is that if she wasn't going to put the "13" on the cake, she should have simply told me. Instead, I was left believing the cake was ready for my daughter's special celebration when it wasn't. This was not a complicated request, but it was an important detail for my daughter's 13th birthday. The lack of communication and the way this was handled were extremely disappointing and unacceptable

I researched on the internet for replacement products and decided to purchase new GE Profile units. I initially checked the prices for replacement with GE, and also other suppliers such as Home Depot and Lowe's, offering discounts on the base prices. However, Tripodi's were also listed on the GE website as major suppliers of their products, so I went to their showroom located in Port Chester by Whole Foods and Staples. Tripodi's offered the most competitive prices of all, easily beating the prices at Home Depot & Lowe's. Additionally, they had the items I required in stock. They delivered the new units to my home quickly and removed the old units at no charge. They also offer installation services if required. All in all, I received excellent service from this company and fully recommend them.
