By only changing the water often enough to keep it fresh, the flowers lasted NEARLY 4 weeks and we are not kidding. These were sent to us by a friend in NYC (we live in Westchester), who just took a stab on the internet. What luck. Will definitely use them and recommend them going forward. My experience, not great…read more I went on their website and ordered a flowers and candy combo to be delivered the next day, paid and received a confirmation my card was charged. I entered my personal Gmail and never received an email confirm. So, I called them Thursday evening just to confirm order was received and the woman on the phone was short, abrupt and rude. Her response after cutting me off was " all orders placed were either taken care of today or will go out tomorrow" and she hung up. Then, Friday evening, I checked in because the order still haven't been delivered, same woman on the phone cut me off almost immediately upon answering and said "all orders have been out for delivery already" without even listening to what I was going to say. Again, rude, abrupt, short. And hung up on me again. If they were so busy and they didn't have time to talk, don't answer the phone! Or just say, "hey, we are very busy today, sorry for the delay, someone will get back, etc" She clearly has no interest in customer service or retaining new customers. Lots of options out there, so no thanks.
