The landscaping, the lush plants, and the rolling vineyard scenery are just stunning. The layout for the wedding ceremony was perfect as everything was set up overlooking the Malibu canyon and the grapevines. We caught the sunset during the reception, and it was pure magic. Service was outstanding from start to finish. Valet parking was smooth and efficient, and the bar was fully stocked with bartenders who actually kept the line moving fast. The sound system was great too (no awkward mic feedback or muffled music), and once the sun went down and the temperature dropped, they had fire pits going to keep everyone warm and cozy. Such a beautiful, well-run hidden place. If you get invited to an event here, absolutely go!

The charcuterie board is made well, and the food is also good, their pizzas are usually on point. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars, is their high cost for very low quality wines, and the way they serve the wine.

pour me over, or in this case another glass please!…read more A fun night out with some friends to celebrate some birthdays. Small drink menu, but options to choose from wine, beer or cider. I got a glass of Cabernet. The bar is up front right when you walk in, great service and everyone working is really nice. Inside has plenty of seating in the garden, large tables and picnic tables around. You can also bring in your own food for your own picnic experience. They also offer small bites and a pizza spot off to the side. **On Fridays and Saturdays they offer silent disco (FCFS base).

We didn't know what to get so we got two flights. The wine was good. I enjoyed my whites and he enjoyed his reds. I don't have notes on the wines but I do have on the beer I tried. Beer I tried: El Rey: Sharp bite hits your throat. Pliny the Elder: tastes off Fuckified: Funky. Tastes a little off Oktoberfest: Tastes like a regular Oktoberfest I give my lower rating because I don't think the beer lines were cleaned. I tried Pliny the Elder before and it didn't taste as it normally does. So not sure if it was an older batch or the lines were not cleaned. Otherwise, the area is really nice. They were doing a photo shoot for the vineyard so we watched lol

I love the rustic charm of this place. It's unexpected when you're driving up. It's nestled in a beautiful spot with the mountains and trees. You can hear animals in the distance and they have wild peacocks roaming the grounds. It's majestic to me and just my vibe. Since I found this place a few years ago, I have probably celebrated my last three birthdays here. I have also brought friends inbetween and introduced them to my beautiful find! It has a cabin like vibe to it. When you walk in they racks of wine to choose from. They have some fun local vendors that sell their artwork here. They also have premade charcuterie boards you can buy or nice snacks to accompany your wine. Then you can pick your wine or do a flight with three tastings. After you can roam the grounds and find a cute look nook in a tree, or a comfy chair out front to look at the views, or one of the many picnic tables off on the sides. They have so many cute places to sit and enjoy your wine. If I'm hungry, I will go to The Old Place next door and get a steak to bring back to my table as well. They have really good food. Everytime I have gone, the time literally flies by. Sometimes I have gone from open to nearly closing time. You just lose track of time here. I highly recommend going. You won't regret it. They also host events and you can make a reservation if you have a few people going. I love to reserve the back table.

My husband and I found a cozy picnic table to enjoy our wine. We had plans later that day, otherwise we would have stayed longer. I loved seeing all the dogs walking around/ lounging with their owners. The photo booth was also fun. We plan to come back and spend a full day here.

We loved the atmosphere -- the warm lighting combined with the natural beach daylight coming through the windows created a peaceful ambiance. 2. As a table of three, we were comfortably able to share 2 appetizers, 3 main courses, and 2 desserts. The Fish Tacos, Wagyu Beef Burger (medium rare with added blue cheese), and Pistachio Tres Leches dessert stood out the most. The grilled octopus and tuna tartare were also excellent. The octopus was incredibly tender -- not chewy or overcooked at all. The tartare was fresh and well-balanced with avocado, although we did have to ask for an extra bowl of chips since it originally came with only five small chips. 3. Our waiter was also very nice, attentive, and did a great job throughout the meal. 4. One thing I really liked was the location. We were able to walk on the beach and then literally cross the street to get to the restaurant, which made the experience even better. I'd definitely recommend it to people visiting the beach area. 5. Yes, I would absolutely come back. This is a perfect restaurant for both celebrations and casual nights out!

Food was very good, selection is very safe options, nothing too wild or experimental I've seen. I personally picked the sea bass fish tacos for $24 and it was very good! Consider this is Malibu and their rent must be astronomical. Also the pistachios tres leche dessert cake was perfect to end the meal and share with. With half dozen oysters to share, two cocktails, two taco dinners, plus one dessert to share you're looking at around $150+ after tax and nice deserving tip. So it's not spot if you're on "budget" but consider the location and the view. You're in Malibu! They also have valet but i came around 5pm when most people are leaving the beach anyways so street parking was "relatively" easy for me. I will recommend and come back to when I'm in the area.
