I had Spencer come out to clean my gutters and install rain gutter guards, and he was excellent. We hadn't cleaned them in a while, so there was a lot of buildup from pine needles and leaves. He even discovered that some of the pipes were clogged, which explained the water overflowing from the gutters. Spencer did an incredible job, he took his time, made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned, and then even tidied up the surrounding area so it was spotless. Since gutter work can get messy with dirt and debris, I really appreciated how careful and thorough he was. I'd highly recommend him to anyone wanting to get their home ready for the rainy season. read more

After Spencer persistently pursued our window washing business, after turning down other bids, he missed both an estimate meeting and a meeting to perform the service. We incurred dog daycare expenses, and time off, believing he'd keep the second appointment. Instead of following through, he texted saying he didn't think he had the proper equipment to perform the job. Wow, what a lack of professionalism. A waste of time and money. read more

First time in a little over twenty years having someone clean all the gutters. Wish I would have had this done years ago. No more climbing on the edge of the roof for me! Spencer was great and left all the areas around the house, below the gutters, free of any debri. Will make this a yearly service. Highly recommend this service! read more

Gutter Minded - Two story home with gutter hanging over the edge being cleaned out. - Gutter Services Near Me

I live in Ventura. Spencer is fantastic. Very pleasant guy. His estimate was fair although when he arrived and look at the job he said we didn't need all that was included in the original bid. The final bill was less than half of the estimate. He's honest, sincere, kind and did a great job. Cleaned up well after he was done. Highly recommend his service. BTW He also gives a 1 year warranty if drain spout problem, who does that read more

Efficient and quality cleaning...Spencer did a great job on our home gutters. Will definitely have him back next year.

Spencer from Gutter minded got back to me quick with pricing and availability. Two of my family members had used Spencer and his company for gutter cleaning and repair. Had great experience and was happy with the work done. Spencer was thorough with the cleaning of the gutters and fixed any areas that needed repairing. We also had him install gutter guards since we live in a fire area and need to prevent dry leaves from collecting. Spencer made sure to clean up debris that fell on the floor. read more

I'm was extremely pleased with the work of Gutter Minded. Spencer showed up on time, was polite, professional, was knowledgeable of his service and his prices were extremely fair. He even gave very valuable opinion on the need for gutter guards for my property. I hope to have a long business relationship. read more

Great job, fair, on time, nice. Will definitely hire Spencer every year. He sticks to his niche which I respect.

Spencer could not have been a more amazing partner. He saved us literally hundreds of dollars, came out to help us multiple times, including the same day we reached out for help. Strongest possible recommendation for the Gutter Minded team. read more

Very happy with the work that Spencer did at our house. After heavy rains, we noticed some gutters not working, overflowing a few places. So we asked him to clean the gutters, which he did. He also did some repair work on them while he was up there. Then he pressure washed our walkways, driveway and back yard stone work. That was a big job! But it came out so nice! We are very pleased with Spencer's work and highly recommend him. read more

Another great experience with Spencer! He does a great job and he does it quick. Will continue to use him. And he does solar panel cleaning now too! read more

Spencer was great to communicate with and did a fantastic job! He responded quickly to my message through Yelp and gave me a reasonable estimate. We needed some channels on the roof where leaves and debris had built up to cleaned out. He was able to schedule the work quickly and conveniently (around my work hours). He even charged less when he got here and saw that there wasn't as much work to be done! We will definitely have him out once or twice a year to keep up with the roof/gutter cleaning and found out he washes windows so we can do that at the same time. We highly recommend him! read more

On time, work completed quickly. Great job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Gutter Minded.

Spencer was prompt and thorough. He went above and beyond. He's incredibly honest and won't talk you into anything he feels you don't need. In fact he talked me out of extra work. He is very kind and friendly. Even my neighbors loved him and want to use him when they are ready. I highly recommend. read more

Great service - on time - professional - did a great job with the gutters and downspouts - provided video of the work done, and even did some extra sprucing of leaves etc around the front of the house. Will definitely be using Gutter Minded from now on! read more

Spencer fixed an incorrect downspout drainage setup for me and re-routed the water so it drains properly into the lower gutter last week. He was very friendly and priced the job very fairly. He also helped clear a small lower gutter blockage while he was here. Highly recommend! read more

I am embarrassed to report that we had never had our gutters cleaned in the 20 years that we have lived at our house. I chose to reach out to Spencer because he had such great reviews. Called and Spencer came out to initially clean my solar panels, but I asked him to also clear my gutters since that was also needed. He did a great job on both and I'm happy to have used his service. Took pictures of both jobs before and after to show his work. Very friendly and thorough and I will definitely call him again when needed. read more

Spencer came out to help us with some loose gutters. On time, friendly and did a great job!

Spencer from Gutterminded had the most reasonable price of the several businesses I reached out to, quickly communicated with me and was able to come out within two weeks of my request (other places had month+ waiting). He arrived right on time and even reduced his price since my house is a split-level rather than a full-two story house. He has straight-forward flat-rate prices which is also appreciated as there was no guessing. He unclogged two of my downspout drains and was even able to clear out one that drains to the street using a roto-rooter, charging only a small extra amount for at least an extra hour's worth of work. He was able to clean all the gutters and downspouts, and even caulked two holes in the gutters that were right above my front door, all within two hours. I've already recommended him to our neighbors and I'll definitely be reaching out in the future for ongoing preventative maintenance. He also offered a 3-month warranty in case there were any problems. Highly recommended. read more

They did a great job cleaning our gutters and Spencer was very kind. We didn't even have to be at the house and he let us pay with Venmo so it made the process super easy. Thank you, Spencer! read more

After inheriting our house from my grandma, I don't think the gutters were cleaned for over 10 years. Spencer was a lifesaver! We had some gutters falling and he reinforced the nails for us without hesitation, everything was cleaned really well and he even removed debris from our roof because of our neighbor's tree just dumping branches onto the corners. He arrived promptly, was very communicative, and got to work right away (after saying hello to our doggies first haha). My husband and I were very pleased with our services, it was reasonably priced, and the work was done quickly. Will definitely recommend Spencer to others! Thank you! read more

Spencer saved the day. We have a tree that just DUMPS leaves into our gutters, they were completely filled and we had a rainy forecast. I had been trying to find someone reliable to clean the gutters for months, and once again Yelp came through. Gutter Minded was our top rated option and Spencer did top notch work. I'll call him again in a heartbeat. read more

My gutters needed a spa day before the Hurricane. In a wild gutter emergency, Spencer's response time was quicker than a squirrel on caffeine. He scheduled with me the night before and practically teleported to my place the next day leaving my gutters sparkling clean. My gutters have never looked this happy. I could eat off them! But wait, there's more! Spencer's post-gutter-cleaning follow-up was like a cherry on top. He's the gutter guru who keeps on giving. For the superhero of gutters, it's got to be Spencer. Fast, fantastic, and communicative - he's the gutter guardian you didn't know you needed. Give your gutters the Spencer treatment - you won't regret it! read more

Transaction was straight forward. Gutters were inspected and cleaned of debris. Spencer arrived on schedule and got to work right away. Very happy of the outcome. Price was in line with the market. Will use this service again in the future. Thanks Spencer! read more

Spencer is THE BEST! Not only did he show up when he said he would, he down sold me on products I didn't need. When there was a minor issue several weeks later, he came back and fixed it free of charge. I wish all home improvement/repair service people were Spencer! read more

The bricks and concrete in my backyard had years of grime buildup and were desperately in need of a good power washing. Given that it is barbecue season and that's where my grill is now was the time. I sent a net request out with the job information to gather quotes. Spencer was very quick to respond. His messages were prompt, professional, and his quote was extremely fair. We agreed for him to do the job. He showed up on time and was ready to get to work. We went over the job once more and he proceeded to get down to work. Now that he is done I can see a major difference. The concrete and bricks are now grime free and grilling season is on again. I would wholeheartedly recommend this gentlemen for all your power washing needs. Thanks again sir! read more

Very satisfied with our decision to work with Spencer at Gutter Minded. He was super-fast to respond, courteous and got the job done well ahead of time I thought this would take to schedule. Don't look anywhere else. Spencer should be the #1 pick! read more

This business was on time, flexible and extremely friendly and so I have zero complaints about anything including the great job they did on my very dirty gutters, which were so bad from this year's rains there were actual dandelions growing in some of them! But still, I was only charged the flat rate so no bait & switches going on here! I highly recommend using Spencer's for your gutters!! read more

Spencer was great. He showed up when he said he would and he did the job without issue.

I reached out to Spencer on a Saturday for a quote to have my gutters cleaned, and he was able to make it over by Tuesday morning to get the job done. He was a clear communicator, arrived when he said he would, and did an excellent job. Our gutters needed some serious cleaning so he did kindly request a bit more than he originally quoted me, but his price was definitely reasonable for the job he did. Highly recommend! read more
