Dr. Zanger has brought me through the deepest and most complex issues in my life. His gentle,…read morecaring manner and deep, clinical intellect are a strength he uses to teach me how to release, achieve and believe in myself. Dr. Zanger has helped me through several episodes of severe depression and a serious illness. During this illness, requiring two surgeries, he went above and beyond the call of duty in communicating with my doctors and guided me through complex medical decisions that I found overwhelming. Dr. Zanger helped me manage my fears by introducing positive coping strategies which I had never learned. So I was able to use these skills to handle each new challenge appropriately, in order to bring about a successful outcome. I like the way Dr. Zanger explains issues in a crystal clear manner that guides my way. He is personally as supportive and insightful as anyone could be. Almost like a wisdom coach, he works things through by asking you for your truth. Then he helps you find the courage to live it! I have worked with several therapists in the past who ultimately gave me very little, so I personally consider Dr. Zanger to be one of the best out there.
