His attention to detail and consideration of the customer's concerns are unparalleled. His employees are top tier, providing solid progress each and every day they worked on my home this week. They were considerate and cleaned up the work-site before leaving each day. I was blown away by the care and consideration that Adail himself offered. He went way above and beyond his competitors when he took care of additional items that were needing attention on his personal dime, not asking for additional money. He truly puts the customer first, he wants to ensure that every job shows the true level of professionalism that he and his crew exude. After all, it is his name behind the business, so he has additional incentive to keep his reputation and name clean. At no time did he "cut corners", nor did he try to upsale me or do any underhanded tactics. His original visit and estimate was the true cost at the end of the project. Adail also personally was up on my roof to take care of a number of wood fascia/trim pieces that were rotted out needing replacement. Him and his team's workmanship was top tier. He took it upon himself to see that there were no eyesores in the fascia, nor the tile selections or even the placement of the new tiles and solar vents. Everything he did was carefully thought out and considered. He went around the neighborhood to evaluate the look/feel to be considerate of the HOA requirements. He took the time to explain anything and everything that I wanted to know about and the reasoning behind the choices that were made. At no time did I feel pressured or talked down to. He took pictures and provided them daily to show the progress and ensure I felt comfortable and any concern/question I had was answered with utmost professionalism. This week there was high winds due to a Santa Ana. Even though his team had put in 9 hours already, they spent the extra time to secure the roof to ensure there would be nothing flying off in the high winds left overnight or rain. Really appreciate his considerateness. Adail took the time to also get to know me and my family. Adail is one of the few people you meet in life and are left with a sense of blessing to have had such a positive interaction and experience. I enthusiastically recommend his company for your roofing needs!

The crew arrived on time every day, kept the worksite clean (they did a full cleanup at the end of each day), and treated my property with respect throughout the project. The quality of the installation itself was top-notch--exactly what you want when you're investing in something as critical as your roof. A special callout to Dylon, the project manager. His communication was exceptional--clear, proactive, and consistent. He stayed directly involved throughout the job, which made a big difference in ensuring everything went smoothly. It's rare to see that level of hands-on management. They also handled the solar panel dismount and reinstall flawlessly, which is not a trivial task. Even though I'm now upgrading my system due to the NEM 3.0 transition, their work made that process seamless. Post-installation support has been just as impressive. They've continued to be responsive and helpful, especially coordinating around my new solar project--something many companies tend to disappear on after the job is done. Pricing was very reasonable for the level of quality and service provided. And as a bonus--no nonsense on the job site. Unlike some other crews I've seen in the neighborhood, these guys were professional the entire time. Bottom line: excellent workmanship, strong communication, fair pricing, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Highly recommended.

From start to finish, Liza's can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel completely taken care of. Her pricing was competitive and she was incredibly responsive. Any time we had a question during the project, she got back to us quickly and made sure we had the clarity we needed. At one point, her team had to remove our garage exhaust fan, and instead of just putting back what was there, Liza replaced it with an even better one. She also went out of her way to help us with a few small projects that weren't even related to the roof. There was one hiccup with the painter on the job, but as soon as Liza knew, she took care of it and made sure the work would be completed. Overall, it was a great experience despite the small hiccup and we'd absolutely recommend Liza and her team to anyone in need of roofing or remodeling work. In an industry where it's easy to feel taken advantage of, Liza did the opposite. She genuinely looked out for us every step of the way and we're so grateful for that. My skylight had been installed incorrectly by another company, which was contributing to the moisture issue. Since skylight repairs can be a relatively small job, I found that not many reputable companies were interested in doing this type of work. I was very happy to find Sunline Energy. Juan handled the skylight and related roof and flashing repairs, and I can't say enough about the quality of his work. He is a perfectionist and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He went above and beyond and fixed both the skylight and surrounding roof area beyond my expectations. Adding on after Sunline Energy's response: I did not mention the following yet it is important to do so, in 2024 3 roofing companies told me that the roof was past due on repair, I had mentioned what happened with Sunline Energy in 2023 and was told that your company as well as others install on roofs that are not healthy enough and even with replacement of shingles the plywood was not thick enough to support solar panels, in other words, Sunline never mentioned something that was felt just by walking on the roof, ethics should be as important as obtaining a sale because people work hard to keep there home maintained, honesty is the best policy, I understand that the company must achieve sales but situations as so are very disturbing, Sunline Energy continues to owe us $1,000 due to a deposit for a job that never took place.

We knew our current deck was very weathered and old, so this wasn't going to be a simple "replace some boards" project. Enrique was quick to contact us after our initial inquiry for services, made an appointment to do a walk through and was able to help get this project started right away. He walked us through all the things that would have to be done for repair and replace the patio, being fully transparent each step of the way with full transparency on price range so we never had any surprise costs. With Enrique's recommendations we were able to pick out deck materials that were close to the original look and color of the old deck, which we wanted. We also had some metal detailing that had to be replaced and they had creative solutions to address the unique curvature of the desk to make sure everything looked flawless. The demo, repair, and replace of the deck was very quick with great commutation every step of the way by Enrique. Our project was fairly…read morecomplicated: our house had a tile roof over an older shingle roof, a 58-panel solar array, rusted chimney caps, areas of dry-rotted siding and trim, and sagging sections of flat roof that needed to be replaced and resurfaced. Enrique was our main point of contact and a major reason we chose Peak. Before we signed anything, he took the time to answer every question thoroughly and explain the entire process clearly. He remained communicative and responsive throughout the entire project. Peak was also the only roofing company we spoke with that could remove and reinstall our solar panels as part of the job. They discovered that around nine panels had not been functioning and got them working again. We also chose to replace our outdated 2015 mounting brackets with a lower-profile mounting system. Removing and reinstalling the solar array took about a week and a half, while the roof demolition and replacement took roughly two weeks. The entire project was completed in a little over three weeks. The final price stayed close to the original quote. The only additional costs were for issues discovered after work began, such as repairing the nonfunctioning solar panels, and upgrades we chose ourselves, such as the new mounting brackets. The crew also cleaned up carefully afterward, searching the property for fallen nails and debris. Their pricing was fair, and the workmanship and professionalism of the entire crew were top-notch. Because Peak is also a general contractor, we would gladly consider working with them again on future projects. We highly recommend Enrique and the Peak team.
