Tetiana and Elena were incredibly responsive, professional, and patient throughout the process. We needed a renters policy on very short notice to meet our closing requirements, and they moved quickly to prepare everything exactly as requested, including coordinating the required documentation with all parties involved. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. We truly appreciated their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to answer all of our questions. Thank you, Elena and Tet, for your outstanding service. Every answer I get is contradictory. They never pick up the phones, and when they do it's always "I don't know the answer to that, let me have my supervisor call you back." Which would be fine, if the supervisors ever called me back. But they don't! I've called no less than six times in the last week to ask a SIMPLE question about my auto policy, and i've heard nothing. Avoid at all costs. Will definitely be switching providers as soon as I can get someone to answer the gd phone.

For the past two years, Matt's been doing our taxes, and I'm so happy with his approach. It's efficient, friendly, and streamlined. He knows the recent changes to the laws and how that will affect our taxes. And, as a solo business owner, I can't tell you what a relief that is! He also keeps us posted throughout the process and always lets us know the ballpark figure for the cost, which is quite reasonable. The main thing I can say about Matt is that you can trust him to do your taxes right. Need I say more? ;)
