This doesn't surprise me as this is the type of communication you can expect from them. They didn't even know I moved, so, it was mailed on Nov. 4th, but, I just received the letter November 16th. I still never received answers since last year that are very important to my business, like, about obtaining a VAT ID. Last year was a nightmare for everyone and I excused a LOT of problems but, this is ridiculous.
