Unfortunately, the performer was actively involved for only about 20 minutes and spent much of the remaining time standing in a corner and waving. I later learned that Luis had quoted another client $260 for similar services, while I was charged $375. I was also told that the performer himself was being paid only $30 per hour. When I raised concerns about the service and pricing, Luis called me a liar instead of addressing them professionally. He also told me this was his "best performer" and that his other performers were female, which I found inappropriate and irrelevant. Overall, the service did not match what was promised, the pricing appeared inconsistent, and my concerns were handled very unprofessionally. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

We hosted a Law School Graduation Party for a family member at an outdoor venue. The outside venue did not provide very much other than the space so we had to bring in pretty much everything. We live in southern CA so it was very difficult to plan this party from so far away. We reached out to Dawn and she changed our planning experience for the better! We had only seen the outdoor venue once so planning what we needed to have, bring in, how much space we had and other logistics were challenging. Dawn went out of her way to visit the venue multiple times on our behalf and offer suggestions to help enhance the ambiance and ensure our guests and the guest of honor had a spectacular time. Dawn and her team even worked with a restaurant on our behalf that the guest of honor loved and chose to have cater the event. Even though we coordinated the food on our own and it was not affiliated with Dawn or her team she still went above and beyond and worked with the restaurant to ensure we had plenty of food and supplies (some of which she provided without being asked). Dawn and her team anticipate the needs of the client and guests which makes the whole process of planning an event seamless. She helped create a lasting memory for our family and we cannot thank her and her team enough!

We had the pleasure of working with Dawn for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. The petting zoo was the highlight of our event. Everyone had a great time petting the beautiful bunnies, fluffy chickens, ducks and goat. The animals are extremely cute and well cared for. He requested "Elmo" from Sesame Street. Elmo was a hit! From the minute that he walked into Popolo's Pizza, he had kids following him to the birthday party. We allowed some kids to enter and so that they could return to the parents with business cards (marketing 101). I recently seen on post on Facebook that "Cartoon International Characters" went to Valley Children's Hospital with an array of characters to entertain the sick kiddos of the Central Valley .This right here hits home for me! Both my children have been at Valley Children's hospital for minor and major issues.
