My car was in need of a maintenance per the pop up notification on the dashboard, so I scheduled an appointment online with the user friendly website Mazda has to offer. Fast forward to my first maintenance with Mazda Paretti, I pulled up to the shaded area for service, got out of my car and told them I'm here for my first maintenance. The guy at the front desk, I believe Landon, was very welcoming. It was my first free oil change & the waiting area was comfortable, there were snacks and cool beverages. They finished everything within an hour & didn't push me to get extra services done. He pulled the car around to the front & to my surprise, my car was thoroughly washed and cleaned. My floor mats were washed and the interior was vacuumed. It's been a while since I've received any maintenance, so this was really pleasant to see. I hope the next few visits are like the first. So a car ran a stop sign... wait, no, she said she stopped at the stop sign and I wasn't there so…read moreshe zoomed out and ran into me... who knew my car had the power to materialize out of thin air? And while it was minor accident... no injuries, my airbag didn't deploy, her child was in car seat, thank goodness. My poor car had a jacked bumper, hood, quarter panel & light kit. So I limped home and called my insurance and this location was one of the recommended State Farm body shops. OK. I saw that Harry was a fan and one of my car-guy coworkers likes them too. Sold. Communication was excellent. I dropped my car over the weekend so called them Monday morning. They explained the insurance estimate process to me. And everything went smoothly. Seriously, I emailed them with questions and they answered promptly... I can't even get that sort of response time from other offices, much less a mechanic. The car was ready when they told me and they washed and vacuumed it so it looks great!
