Don't go here to get your car. They will sell you a car any kind of way and don't care. They're…read morejust getting those cars pretty to sell and that's it. Once you get it all the problems come. Bought a car from them and needed a new battery days letter. Just found out my manual key wasn't even cut! This man say it don't take no two years to know if the key cut right! If I just told you this was my first new car, they took advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge. I thought I was getting a professional dealership, but they're not. It's not until I bought a new car from another established dealership when I saw they handled me any kind of way! The man who sold me the car never showed me the key but said it's there and my keyless entry always worked. I never needed to remove it from the slot until recently when I needed it! And just my luck the Kenner location is closed down where I got the car from. So who will be held accountable no one and I have to spend my money to get the manual key carved! Go somewhere else the amount of money you gone put in the car can be a down payment for something new!

My Son bought a truck with a warranty from value motors and…read morethe check engine light was on. They told him it was a sensor and reset it and told him if it comes back on to wait 30 days before bringing it to a mechanic. So that's what he did. He dropped it off at dodge after 30 days and after 2 weeks of diagnostics, the motor needs to be rebuilt. The warranty they sold him does not cover a good bit of the repairs. They want him to come up with 1500.00 to have the block machined for new cylinders. Come to find out, value motors have a 30 day warranty and this is the reason they told him to wait 30 days before bringing it to a shop. They knew the truck was bad and saw a 19yr kid that has a job and was looking to buy his 1st truck. It's pretty sickening that someone would take advantage of a good kid trying to do right in life. Stay away from this place. We are currently working with an attorney on this issue.

Vehicle was a mess. Carpet matted and dirty, missing mats, dripping Armor All to hide what was underneath, things still set to McKenzie, (I guess the previous owner?), crack patched with scotch tape, was told if i wanted a key fob for locks, i had to buy it myself. No inspection sticker, which I got myself that day...THEN they told me it was an additional 400 plus down, but I could pay it whenever. Well, I spent EVERY DAY I had off, for the first month taking it to the garage for various reasons, the first time I got on the interstate, the bumper started flapping. It hadn't even had an oil change, on and on. The beginning of the 2nd month, I was out of work for TEN DAYS, costing me anywhere from a thousand dollars on the conservative side, to 1500, which I'd normally make. I JUST started catching up on my bills, and they hit my account for the balance, without warning, which is cool, because now I feel free to tell people how crappy they, and their vehicles are, and they have been holding my tag hostage over the money I didn't have when the nightmare of dealing with them began, couldn't afford until now( thank God they didn't bounce my account, two weeks ago it would've), and my car payment and insurance just came out, and I paid my rent and bills this week). Phew! Thats a load off my mind, a relief to finally be free to warn people who may get desperate, and make the same mistake I did. Don't deal with them, unless you enjoy being hoodwinked and overpaying. I've since found better places all over the city, and ones I've spoken to that can't believe what I'm paying for the vehicle that I got. Going to small claims and the BBB on my next day off(Better than spending it at the Auto Repair!)

!! FRAUD ALERT / SCAM / BUYER BEWARE !!…read more Uses cross state Craigslist posts for high end cars at steep discounts. No cars listed on CL or their website were on eBay - where most legit dealers post. Check out all the CL listings here: https://bit.ly/3eM442m Check out the fake website here: https://www.lucasmotorsale.com/ Which is different than the CL post URL btw On first call, salesman pushes for cash, says delivery will be free with 'no obligation 7 day evaluation' of the car if you do pay in cash. Poor English skills and not very articulate.. not at all like the used car sale people I have worked with in the past. Wasn't familiar or interested in cash escrow services like Escrow.com for online purchases and buyer protection. Advertises financing options, but pushed again for cash saying the banks go too slow .. taking 15 or more days. Asks as first step to have you send your drivers license, then he will send a contract, once you sign, he will provide a dealership license and other details. Was unable to provide certain details of the vehicle: like warranty transfer. No legal business name in LA can be found, no BBB profile (which is bass on business licenses) Follow up call after hours had no VM - not normal.. Lastly, check out their location on Google Maps.. it is a 3rd rate mechanics shop at best.. way too beat up to house an maintain the inventory presented. 6828 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072 https://goo.gl/maps/CRUzf3MtLkANnZZdA I recorded the call which I provided along with the website, CL postings phone number, and detailed information on my experience to both the local Marrero police Dept and FBI given the cross state fraud attempt. I asked a case has been opened by both for the following: identity theft insurance fraud mail fraud telemarketing fraud wire fraud The law enforcement agencies were very interested in this case given the brazen online marketing, cross state lines and touching so many areas of fraud.. Thanks for reading .. and good luck!
