    Mavsign person who shared my personal info. Why does toyota or ANYONE use them..?

    Sent car with dead battery,and no temp tag. Received the tag the next day,. So, there's that. No word on comp for the battery. They use maverick signings for the long distance notary. You're better off avoiding mavsigns. They have awful reviews and will share your personal info and not skip a beat. The mavsigns woman told everyone my business here locally. So I was in the same situation if I had bought it locally with all the talking heads. When the mavsigns lady was here, she was signalling the nosy woman on the 4 acres across from mine and vice versa. What a creepy, twilight zone experience. Apparently everyone doesn't move to a private ranch community like this for privacy. Many of them still want to control others, even tho we have a POA lite. (another long story). I prob. could have gotten everything notarized at my bank for next to nothing instead of having no choice but paying the gossip company and charging me 200 dollars. It's not really the price, Bohn Toyota's add ons are minimal and IMO the people there are easy to work with. Darryl Eckert, my sales guy was pretty chill. No pressure and the finance guy, Peter Edel, was also very responsive and addressed all of the concerns he had control over. (which unfortunately doesn't include mavsigns). . The issue w/ mavsigns is I PAID someone to gossip about me here locally and share every little detail about my PRIVATE deal?? And why was there a thumb print needed? A thumb print to buy a car now? Mavsigns kinda also gives you the idea you can't complete their nonsense if you don't have or use a cell phone, which I avoid like the plague. (can't buy or sell w/o the mark thing?) There were no cell phones for more than half my life. I don't need one now. I'm looking for a way to report the traveling mavsigns notary, but I'm not finding a lot of things that police them here in TN. Seems like they can just do whatever. Shame such a good dealership would associate w/ them. i think it's a larger toyota issue, if I had to venture a guess. Other than mavsigns, I like the deal on a 25k mile car for what I paid. Took a minute to wade through and see what was up w/ the car when it arrived, Tried to save battery. Then had to buy one and install it. I'm an old retired car guy, so I didn't really mind spending time going over such a nice clean car that only needed a battery. Tires were in NEW condition. Full tank of gas. It looked like it came off the showroom floor, even though it's a 2012.

    The two vehicles I purchased from Bohn we will be taking to a different dealership next time.

    Today we had an oil change done on our 4Runner. I have used Bohn Toyota many times in the past year, but this will probably be the last time. Our customer service representative was Cierra K (16478). We had received a coupon in the mail for customer appreciation weekend, which this turned out to be anything BUT that. We turned the car in after 8 am and were told it would be over 2 hours. Next, when my wife picked up the vehicle she attempted to use her coupon which was supposed to be for a standard oil change for 26 dollars and some change. She only found out after the work was complete that her 4Runner needed 7 quarts of SAE 0W-20 (synthetic oil) and was subsequently charged 52 dollars, but not before being rudely snapped at when Cierra said, "Well that's not for your car! You need 7 quarts and that [coupon] doesn't go up to 7 quarts!" This was after my wife asked to use the coupon. We get YOURE busy, don't be rude. This was the last incident to turn me off with this dealership. I understand that the vehicle needs full synthetic, thats fine. However, on Customer Appreciation Weekend I don't expect my wife to be rudely treated like s***. For 52 dollars we will take our business to either Lakeside Toyota for our next service or Valvoline and pay the same price to be treated better. I bought TWO vehicles from you and don't even feel appreciated when I visit your dealership. On top of that, the Toyota dealership we visit in Nevada, Dolan Toyota, always gives a complementary vacuuming and car washes for our vehicles whenever service is done. When we go to this dealership we get nothing but price gouged. Bottom line - give better discounts, and don't try to up-sell services after you've denied a customer a coupon.

    I purchased a used 2012 BMW X5 this year in May. The car has been in the shop more than it's been on the road. I already feel cheated because they sold me the car for way more than it's even worth. Now I'm paying a note on a vehicle that's basically a lemon. Between me and the warranty company, over $10k has been put into this vehicle and the car is back in the shop. Now the warranty company doesn't want to fix it because the problem was pre-existing; meaning Toyota sold me this vehicle knowing it had numerous problems. I don't even know what to do at this point This business doesn't even deserve 1 star.. My salesman FOREST assured me that Toyota is a dealership that doesn't sell LEMONS, and still turned around and sold me a LEMON ‍

    I want to take a moment to sing the praises of the service department, specifically Ms. Jackie…read more For the past few months I had been having a coolant leak on my Ford Explorer. From past experiences with the service department (under the previous ownership) I assumed there was no way I would be able to bring my car to be serviced there without an excruciatingly long wait. Instead, I took my car to a small mechanic shop who told me that it appeared to be an issue with my water pump, but they were not able to service it due to how long and intensive the process would be. I then tried a much larger mechanic shop. Whom after two days of having my car said that they could not identify where exactly the leak was coming from. Feeling lost at what to do, I then decided to give Ford of Harvey a call, and I'm so glad that I did. When I called I was connected to Ms. Jackie. After a few minutes of talking to her over the phone she was able to talk me through the process of replacing the water pump, and to my surprise she was able to get me in to have my car serviced in just two days, as well as securing me a loaner vehicle during the process. I had several more questions after we initially hung up, and each time I called her to discuss them she provided me with the most patient, professional, and knowledgeable customer service that anyone could ever ask for. While my car was being serviced she continued to update me and talk me through every detail, and always had an answer for every question that I had. Ms. Jackie's utmost professionalism has brought me so much ease, and reinstilled my confidence in Ford of Harvey. I cannot express enough how much gratitude I have for her and everything she did to help me. In my humble opinion, she is an absolute indispensable employee and quite frankly deserves a raise for her devotion to providing the most exceptional service one could ask for.     Before I go any further, this is only about the Service department, not the dealership!…read moreWhen I bought my car I got the extra warranty on my tires, because I live in New Orleans and I know how the roads are. I've gone at least twice to use that warranty and have always come away with a positive experience, even though it does take longer than I feel like it should (but keep reading, I don't think that's their fault). Bit times I've gone, Tarez has been my main contact, and he is the best. He has always been incredibly helpful and friendly. All of the people in the service department are nice but I've always had a great experience with Tarez. They do great work, but it's a dealership so it's gonna be more expensive than a mechanic, which is the only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five. Also, the repairs on my tires both took several days, but like I said above, that is more about the warranty company. I saw Tarez waiting on hold for over 30 minutes just to start the process, so the problem is not with the service department. I hope you don't need to use the service department for your car, because I hope your car never breaks down, but if you find yourself here you will get good, honest, friendly service.
