Get in the zone? I have no idea why they chose that as their slogan, but this is a good place to get automotive supplies. This location used to be my go to spot when I lived in the area, but now I just pick up miscellaneous items. Since this location is next to my favorite car wash, I usually stop to get some interior cleaners and tire foam on my was to the wash. The parking area is dirty, which is to be expected. People buy parts then change them in the parking lot so it is not uncommon to see someone wrenching. The staff is very helpful and will help with advice on how to do repairs. I have seen them helping people remove batteries on several occasions. If you need parts, this is the place. read more

The rep names Ronald came and tested my sons battery !!! It was bad !!! The store was super super busy and they only had two on !!! He was very great at multitasking and worked circles around the other worker (manager)!! He changed my sons battery and kept the line down ....it's a shame he he is being recognized for his great customer service and hard work !!! I never waited 90 minutes to have a battery changed before today. I came in because my car stopped and I needed a jump to make it here. The guy with the battery says it's corrosion, sells me a can of spray and goes on to the next customer. Left the parts undone under the hood and everything. Needless to say the car didn't start and now 60 minutes later. I am standing in the store as they look at me. So I figured since I have time, I'll type this review. 2.5 hours and I am still here.... I have walked around the store 5 times... There is a $20 car wash deal with tire foam and buckets... You get $20 if you make 5 purchases of something.... I usually don't act up in places of business but I see why folks do it. Do all Auto Zones do this or is this a special case? Will anybody care about this review? Why am I here 2 and a half hours after I parked my car to exchange a battery? I am starting to question life in general. I think the car fumes from the previous 50 vehicles that came and left after me are getting into my brain and I am hallucinating. If I could rate -5 stars I would.
