He said, "No." I then asked if they had any flexible adhesive. He looked at me like I was from Mars as he did not know what I just asked. He eventually directs me to the wrong isle. Contrary to what the counter guy told me, I did eventually find the Amazing GOOP. The man was not very invested in his job as he did not know his inventory. The price was in line with other auto parts stores. 2 Years Earlier... I normally remember more about the people I encounter, their ability & willingness to do their job, politely & professionally much longer than what I bought or what I paid. 'Harold' was the poster child for being an outstanding representative of O'Reilly Auto Parts. He was intelligent, fast on the uptake, articulate, well spoken, genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and he knew & offered the related items to my project. I left there with what I went there to purchase & feeling good about the experience. BTW, the store was very clean & well organized.

Now if for some reason they do not have the part, they can get it for you by the next day. The big plus is the prices. Im talking sometimes items are cray cray cheap. Like batteries. And its not bootleg no name brand stuff. Its commercial industrial quality items. This location used to be my go to spot when I lived in the area, but now I just pick up miscellaneous items. Since this location is next to my favorite car wash, I usually stop to get some interior cleaners and tire foam on my was to the wash. The parking area is dirty, which is to be expected. People buy parts then change them in the parking lot so it is not uncommon to see someone wrenching. The staff is very helpful and will help with advice on how to do repairs. I have seen them helping people remove batteries on several occasions. If you need parts, this is the place.

The driver of their tow truck is not respectful of peoples property. Yesterday, they towed a car…read morefrom a neighbors property where they had blocked up my property until they were done. In the mean time, it's trash night, they moved my trash cans from my property to get the car. None of this would had been a big deal if they would had at least put my property back rather than leaving it how they did it for something that had nothing to do with me and my property. Additionally, the driver apparently isn't suitable for this type of job because he had to get another neighbor help him move the vehicle as well - and not the neighbor whos property it's on. It's all recorded on my security cameras.
