    Ribeye hibachi lunch special
    Amani W.

Lunch specials are my favorite!!! I enjoy this steak hibachi with noodles and the vegetables were cooked perfectly and refreshing for a delicious. My favorite part is the complementary seafood bread is to die for one of a kind. The service was friendly and it actually was pretty empty, clean, quick seating during lunch, which was perfect!

This is such a fun concept, brought me back to seafood boils on the boardwalk of Maryland. Our server was great, the place is so cool, you can write on the paper table cloth, the walls, the pillars outside. Fun experience all together! The food was delicious we got combo number 6, it had crab legs, 2 lobster tails, shrimp, potatoes, sausage and corn. It's fed 3 people no problem. We ordered it with garlic butter and mild. It was very good, I'm a salt girl so my only complaint is it could have used more salt. Nonetheless awesome experience!

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Our server was very informative and made suggestions, which was great!. The ambiance, I was surprised there was graffiti on the walls everywhere!. I would definitely come back because the food was delicious.

Husband got his Gumbo with Appetizers. My sandwich came out 15 minutes later and he had finished eating. After removing a lot of lettuce, then I could taste how well it was. Went for Boudin but they didn't have it anymore. Prices OK, Portions were Good, you won't need a to go box, but you won't leave hungry either.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning and was seated right away! The shark bite margarita was perfect. It really paired well with the boil. We got Combo C and added eggs and muscles. No sausage since we do not eat red meat. The crabs were a great size and perfectly cooked. The sauce was the right amount of spice and I love that there was so much of it! The rice was not needed, but definitely paired well! The restaurant is very open and spacious. Great family environment!

This place is a little deceiving at first. You get a weird vibe because there is graffiti everywhere! That is just the theme of the restaurant. The mussels were absolutely huge and delicious! Best mussels I have had! I regretted only getting 6. The snow crab tasted average. The old bay and garlic butter came in containers and seemed to have been stale and definitely not freshly made. I'm glad I ordered those on the and not mixed with the crab legs. Our waitress was super friendly.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon for dinner. There were plenty of tables to be had. Our orders came with a complimentary basket of seafood bread. It was great! I ordered a bowl of seafood gumbo which was quite spicy, as it should be. I also got a fried oyster poor boy. This proved difficult to pick up but I managed and I thought it was very good. My wife had the fried scallop basket which I also sampled and was very pleased with it. This is a good place to come for seafood.

Fun place for a group or just to get some great seafood. I didn't know this place was here but am happy that we were recently invited for a birthday dinner. The menu is mostly seafood and it seemed that the popular option was a combo plate. There were several options of combos that each came with 1 lb. Of each featured seafood/ protein mentioned plus potatoes and corn on the cob. It was plenty of food for 2, maybe even 3 people. The seafood mostly came steamed and there were choices of seasoning and also heat level. It was reminiscent of a New Orleans seafood boil, which was news to our ears. We chose combo 4, Cajun flavor, med heat, and were thrilled with our choice. The seafood was flavorful and cooked perfectly. We left stuffed from eating almost all seafood. The seasonings were very flavorful and spot on. We were very impressed and will come back soon. This is a pretty big restaurant and there are a lot of big tables. It was decorated with a lot of fishing and aquatic themes. Guests are allowed to write their name or notes around the walls which was a fun touch. The service was also amazing and they were kind enough to bring the birthday girl some ice cream.

Ask the Community - Storming Crab

    Is the restaurant expensive?

Yes it is..if your familiar with red lobster. It's a little more than that

If you take out order do they come with tools?

No I’m sorry unfortunately we don’t provide tools and they all sold separately

I dont like crawfish or clams can i take that out a combo with king crab? Whats the pricing for each combo in buffalo ny? Please reply😊

They do allow you to substitute items, depending on what you are substituting there may be an up charge. I don't know their pricing offhand, but trust me ONE bucket is PLENTY for at least two people!

    Do they have public Wi-Fi?

Not yet for Knoxville location but we working on it

Are you able to order take out?

Yes! Reheating the food can be tricky though

Do they have anything going on for Happy Hour?

No liquor last time I checked, but I was told they were ordering it. Bucket specials are like 20 bucks for 6 beers now.

Also, our server over heard us talking about my birthday and was so kind and brought me a slice ok cake with a candle, just so sweet. The food was just as good, except my steak unfortunately. We started the meal with the wagyu meatballs, crab and lobster fondue and pork belly. All three were delicious! The pork belly was my personal favorite It paired so well with the Brussels sprouts slaw and carrot ginger puree. For my meal I got the 10.0z filet with hash browns. Now, yes I am a don't like pink in my steak, so I did order medium well. Unfortunately my steak came well well well over done. One of my friends ordered a medium steak and felt it was over cooked as well. My steak was not edible at all. The hash browns, I thought we're going to be like shredded potatoes, but they were not. The were actually very large fried like loaded potatoes sticks. My problem was they tasted fried in old oil had a bad after taste. For dessert we tried the banana cream trifle, sooo good, along with a slice of molten chocolate bomb cake, YUM! The service, apps and dessert saved the meal for me . I would come back again and try.

Nice atmosphere, maybe a little dark. They did turn down the loud music when I asked. Excellent bread - pretzel rolls and soft rolls. Old fashioned and Manhattan on point, but cosmopolitan tasted like vodka and lemon juice - no discernible sweetness or cranberry. Meatball appetizer was very tasty, and the she crab soup was yummy. (Could be hotter). The cauliflower side was very good. Steaks were cooked as ordered. BUT: Much of the food was not well seasoned. The chopped salad (half portion) was one of my favorites in the past - supposed to have a sweet and sour dressing, but this just tasted like boring Italian dressing. My grouper was cooked ok, but was so under-seasoned that it wasn't enjoyable to me. Not worth $41! And my husbands "lump"crabcake was just mushy crab - not a lump to be seen! We were celebrating my daughter and son-in-laws anniversary - no celebratory dessert was given, as it had been in the past. I used to love this place but I won't be back - almost $400 for 4 of us - 4 cocktails, 3 appetizers, crabcake as an entree, 2 sides, 2 steaks and grouper.

But let's start from the beginning--briefly, I promise. An idea for a quick getaway came up, a flight to Maine for lobster. However, reality turned out differently, and this time we couldn't make it happen. We still wanted lobster for our special dinner. 2 Forks Up looked like the perfect spot - very laid-back, simple, without any unnecessary frills. In addition, "born in Maine, the owner, always dreamed of bringing what made his home-state special somewhere new. Luckily for locals, his compass led him in the direction of Western New York". Lucky us! :) It was only late Tuesday afternoon, and the restaurant's parking lot was surprisely packed already. A great sign, right? The host was very pleasant and offered us well-wishes for our special occasion (I mentioned it when making the reservation). That was very nice. Unfortunately, they gave us the table facing the servers' station. I couldn't believe we had been assigned it. Someone else might not mind it at all, but I am particularly sensitive to my surroundings. Maybe it was a punishment for being ten minutes late for the reserved time slot :)? Fortunately, changing tables was not a problem, although the dining room was already almost completely full with guests. Our server, Colleen, was the best! She was really nice, friendly and professional. We knew we came for 'Lobster Dinner'. For appetizers, we ordered a 'Dozen Steamers' (a dozen clams steamed and served with lemon, butter and a roll). It was a tasty treat, but I wouldn't order it again. These clams were exceptionally small. The 'Lobster Dinner', two whole Maine lobsters were served with coleslaw (not my favorite, but still good), vegetable (corn) and butter. There weren't any specials offered that day. The restaurant, or at least the largest dining room we were in, had an unusual, exotic atmosphere. I liked the high wooden ceiling with its rotating fans. It had a truly chilling vibe. Not sure what to add. We had a great time over dinner, but I mentioned it already:). Our lobsters looked perfect and tasted delicious. We got messy. Good time! I felt truly welcomed. We took the time to enjoy the experience. What's more?! At the end we were surprised with a complimentary chocolate cake! What a thoughtful gesture. They really made us feel extra special. On the way out we went out through a much smaller room, which definitely felt cooler. Possibly the only space with an air conditioner. The restaurant has an outdoor seating area as well.

The desert case looked very unclean when you walked in the door. The menu is so large it more than likely complicates the kitchen. How many minutes does it take to make a lobster? Needless to say we walked in at 630 and did not leave until 930 on a Thursday night. Do not believe step up Buffalo! A suggestions to the business owners! Simplify the menu, your lobster is good! Your fried food that I ordered tonight made me sick because of the grease! Stop serving microwaved pasta dishes and hire more waitresses and bartenders! We waited 30 minutes for drinks!

Freshly shucked oysters are a thing of beauty and Hayes did not disappoint. The Clams Casino are a house specialty which we highly recommend for the experience of a unique dish. The absolute best lunch my mother-in-law and I have had in a VERY long time. This is by far the most incredible and freshest seafood in the area. We got there shortly after opening so it was not busy, but by noon, the line was out the door. Very clean restaurant. You can tell they pay attention to the place. Great decor, friendly staff. Plenty of seating room. The menu was a bit overwhelming. I ended up getting the blackened haddock platter (with red potatoes and coleslaw) and mom got the lake perch with the same sides. We both were in love at our first bite. The haddock was perfectly seasoned and I had no doubts it was cooked well. Lately I feel some places I have been served fish that isn't done. No doubts here. Coleslaw was saucy and flavorful. Potatoes were delicious and the meal also came with a roll. The perch meal was exactly what my mother in law was hoping for. She hadn't had it in a while and it was a heaping portion. She said it "barely" had much taste, which was a plus for her. The batter was clean, and you can tell fresh oil was in the fryer. While the prices are a little high for a normal lunch, they were worth every penny. We will definitely be back.
