CITS Delivery (Store List, LLC) did not even pick up the phone to see if a different item could be placed instead. Owner delivered to my door and did not even have the courtesy to let me know a meal was missing from my order. When calling back in to find out what happened, the owner was not cooperative and said he could only give me a 15% discount off of the $5 delivery fee on my next order and that they would not make it right and pick up something else with the error on their part. Owner then has the audacity to pick up an itemized receipt from the restaurant and show back up at my house just to show me that I wasn't charged for the missing food. He wouldn't even be willing to pick up something else. Sad that a little customer service could have kept a customer that had used their service a number of times in the future. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

It almost seemed like too much meat, but that's literally what you're ordering with the Carnivoro so I can't complain. The Chicken Alfredo pizza was good. The garlic cheese bread is also fantastic! I want to come back and try some of their other specialties, we've had some of them before, but I can't recall which ones I did and didn't like. I also haven't had a chance to try their wings yet so curious to do that. Heads up, though, these guys are very expensive. If you're looking for something cheaper, you want look elsewhere.
