DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! They are thieves! If I could give…read morezero stars I would! After being a loyal customer of this storage facility for three years, the first year I decide to go with their lock and key all my belongings have been stolen. The owner nor the workers of the facility offered any type of help or compensation of the monthly payments that I have been making on the unit. Apparently there is no security cameras around the property other than the ones facing the office. How convenient ?? The owner himself rather than help argued with me saying that it was not his issue. I lost a total of $2000+ worth of electronics and personal pictures and information that I won't ever get back. The customer service sucks and anyone in the Albany area should take their money over to LAKE PARK STORAGE !

I talked with him and worked with the installer for four weeks and they still messed up the delivery. They won't even take responsibility for their mess up. I have never seen such apathy towards a customer. They don't care how much they inconvenience the customer or how much they cost the customer due to their lack of planning. They have NO work ethic. Definitely a company that over promises and under delivers.

Quality Self Storage

I have no issues with Quality Self Storage, except for the weird gate situation. The owners tell…read moreyou upon buying a unit that you need to park on the other side of the road, get out of your car, jaywalk, and type in the code on the keypad in order to enter because your car will stick out if you park in the side of the complex. Well I do not do this because that's very unsafe. They definitely need to fix their entryway to avoid any possible accidents. Also the units are super hard to open up and close. Other than this there's nothing wrong with the place.
