First time I had ever used a copier service. Went to Staples first stop. Parking lot was disgustingly trashy. Customer service was nonexistent. Attendant never even acknowledged me. ( yes he was working on something but he could've at least looked up and nodded.) so I left and found Fast Copy. Complete opposite. Building and Area was clean and organized. If you are planning on getting copies of blueprints, make be sure to call first and find out if the guy who "does the blueprints" is even working. Every time I've needed blue prints (printed or reduced), the "blue print guy" has not been in. Additionally, in a past encounter, I dropped of a large photo to have scanned. However, Fast Copy never called me back (or scanned it, for all I know). I ended up just retrieving my photo and mailing it to an online company to have it scanned. Jenny does a fabulous job with every project I have brought her. Everyone else who I have worked with does well, but not with the same level of service and passion. They are generally pretty lifeless, but Jenny is the exception here. Extremely distatisfied with the integrity of this company. The "manager" David told me several times that my order would be ready the next day....and it was never ready the next day. So if you do not mind terrrible customer service and no integrity then I highly recommend you go here. This is actually a review of the Tiffon location which cannot be found in my google search. Only Albany shows up. So sorry, Albany location, but it looks like your performance is indicative of the company itself. Not only did I have the artwork already completed, but I sent 2 different formats that they could use. It was for two posters (24x36). All they had to do was get the paper (glossy) and hit "print" but for two days now the two girls (one morbidly obese and the other (extremely rude) have done nothing but gossip and bitch about working there both times I've been there to pick up. Long story short, I buried my father yesterday and one of these was for him (Grandson playing football). But they have been way too concerned with either what to eat or where else they wished they worked other than doing their job. It's been a Total Sh$t show ever since Krystal left. I would rather burn my money than hand it over to these two lazy, undeserving employees. Tifton fast copy has major problems and probably won't be in biz much longer unless the owner of the locations has very deep pockets. Terrible place to do biz. read more
