We moved down here to Southwest Georgia from Upstate New York 3 years ago, and it's the only provider in our area. We had better service in New York TEN YEARS AGO, better prices, and better response!! My TV buffers CONSTANTLY. It's enough to make you CRAZY!! It's not funny...we thought the service in NY was bad until we got here. We had no idea ‍ that you could sink so low!! If you have ANY other choice...RUN don't walk to the sign up!! I'm not sure that we've ever even gotten a live person when we called for technical support. They just reset something at there end and hung up on us without speaking. Not rude or anything. ‍ What was I saying about bad service again??? Ohhhh yeah, ‍ RUN!!! Please please PLEASE don't tell me to email because y'all are so concerned about my issues. I just clearly explained how the exact OPPOSITE has happened for three years. My daughter moved here in October 2019. Hooked up then. So 3+ years. That's a lot of no connections, and poor connections. A LOT!! No human interaction whatsoever. NONE. Just a click. Just saw the commercial again. It says to contact MY exec to find out about access to media on any screen any time. First: someone would need to answer the phone. That's problematic for you. Second: I'm absolutely TERRIFIED about the horrific price increase this would cause in our already overpriced overrated service. Your ads are absolutely untrue...at least in MY city!!! YOU hire the employees, and YOU are responsible for the way they behave. Absolutely pathetic work ethic. The guys who installed were top notch. It wasn't even a downhill slope after that, it was straight over a cliff!! No one will ever answer the phone. Ever. My daughter had no problem scheduling her appointment for installation. But once you're installed?? You're on your own!!! Hahaha still in my hospital bed, watching Mediacom commercials on my Mediacom connection, and this BUSINESS account is so bad that the connection keeps cutting out and you get 10-15 seconds of a static screen cutting into your show. No particular channel. Every time it happens I switch channels. See, I was thinking that your ads were just for the high paying business accounts. Turns out they aren't getting good service from you either!

Mediacom service man came by over a week ago. Came by my house first where our service has been…read moresketchy for awhile even though we pay a premium price for the high speed package. But he was mistaken and went next door to our immediate neighbor and ran new fiberoptic cable which he left lying on top of the ground in the grass. At the time I was about to cut my grass but had to wait so I didn't destroy the cable. Yes it's back and forth over the property line. Well a week later I couldn't wait so I cut the grass carefully missing the cable which is quickly disappearing in tall grass. What's the holdup? Is that how you plan to leave it?
