When I called to inquire I was told they never received the signal but when tests were run, they could find nothing wrong. What's the point of an alarm that doesn't alert anyone? In the center of Albany?! Despite paying an extra $11 for a the rental of a text transponder, they mysteriously find no flaws with the equipment and we are left with a shrieking alarm that goes nowhere. Super!! This is to speak nothing of not being able to get them to send invoices. They prefer to send late notices with late fees attached.

This Sales VP is such a micro-manager that instead of asking for help he dropped the ball on all 20 of those meetings. His integrity leaves much to be desired. "Used car salesman" was an actual quote from another, current employee. Invision's Business Practice is to 'rip and replace' because all they know how to support is Invision's infrastructure. The company transferred all my ADT sensors to their brand which was okay.Currently I'm having bogus alarms while I'm not at home and the police are showing up ,which is a waste of resources. I text a representative for support and explain the issue I'm having and she immediately tells me that these sensors are not from Vivint ,but we can sell you some and send a tech for $99. I'm like Ma'am could you try to understand the concern first. Seems a little premeditated from the rip. It was okay to take out my perfectly working ADT system and install your brand onto them, but now it's a issue that's really unknown and the first thing you do is try to get money out of me. I don't like that. Know how to support and after some underlying troubleshooting maybe it's not the sensors. I paid over $2455 for the system from Vivint a couple years ago and it's currently paid in full. With the customer support that I received gives me the perception that Vivint wants to make more money from me for more equipment instead of getting my system back up and running.Doesn't set so well with me and after all this I'm not so enthused about further interaction.
