We needed a regular flat screen tv mounted on a wall in our living room with the sound bar. Six hours of fooling around with it and the tv is finally mounted but the sound bar is not... However, I had also ordered that my wires by concealed. He detailed that he did not have the kit and his manager would have to meet him at my apartment to finish that service. We waited for 20-30 mins for the supervisor to arrive. During this time he upsold me into a nest security camera and offered to mount it during the same period. To my surprise, I was still charge for this additional time and cords that I did not agree to. I received no receipt, but was surprised by the 750+ bill. The only reason I won't dispute these additional charges is because I want to keep the equipment. But, I would not recommend them as you can see my "no concealment" service still alloted visible cords. Unpleased.
