What I really remember about this place though was a hilarious incident I witnessed while waiting in line to pick up payment for the laptop. One of a customer's three kids decided to grab a quarter or dollar or something from the tip jar while the dad was talking to the staff member. The little guy initially denied it, but it ultimately escalated into him bawling and the dad sternly saying "LaShawn! I can't believe you did that LaShawn! LASHAWN!" and forcing him to apologize. It was all very amusing. The staff member didn't make a big deal out of it and even gave the kid some advice, so I guess you could say they have great service.

They offer free inspections and only charge $75 to remove viruses any additional problems that require hardware replacement are added but are good and fair in price.
