What I really remember about this place though was a hilarious incident I witnessed while waiting in line to pick up payment for the laptop. One of a customer's three kids decided to grab a quarter or dollar or something from the tip jar while the dad was talking to the staff member. The little guy initially denied it, but it ultimately escalated into him bawling and the dad sternly saying "LaShawn! I can't believe you did that LaShawn! LASHAWN!" and forcing him to apologize. It was all very amusing. The staff member didn't make a big deal out of it and even gave the kid some advice, so I guess you could say they have great service.

Took it to another IT service (Albany IT) and they had it ready in a day!!!! Awesome! She even put Windows 10 on our PC without asking and we can't remove it! Now we have to buy a new receipt printer just because of that.Never, never take anything here. If you already have, go get it back immediately even if you have to demand to get it back like I did. It would appear that they are moving this month or closing down, so you best get your equipment NOW!!!!
