Took it to another IT service (Albany IT) and they had it ready in a day!!!! Awesome! She even put Windows 10 on our PC without asking and we can't remove it! They offer free inspections and only charge $75 to remove viruses any additional problems that require hardware replacement are added but are good and fair in price. It should not take more than two hours to find out what is wrong with a computer...and it should not cost $600 to fix a broken laptop screen.
