Dropped off one load of laundry after work and it was ready in a couple hours. They did a great job! Will definitely use this place again!

Laundry place on West side Albany, GA. Not really the newest machines but it does its job. Smallest washer is $2.75 per load, then $3.25 and $6.25. Largest one js $8.25/load which can accommodate probably 3 queen sized comforters. Dryers are $1.50/30min and $0.25 more for 7min. Best time to come here is in the morning, right when they open at 7AM on a weekday. I've seen this place get crowded once or twice on a weekend after lunch. Lots of parking spaces outside. They sell full size detergents so better bring your own if you can. read more

If you pass your money on the counter the lady working there gives you attitude because she "doesn't like it when you hand her money that way" lmao Never have I been to an establishment where the employees talk to you in such a horrible manner. A friend referred us to come here since their 8 load washer machine was convenient. But since my experience, that place is a joke. I'd rather take my money elsewhere. read more

After driving around to a few other laundromats, I settled on this one because it was closest to my apartment. The ladies working inside were friendly but the facility did not offer WIFI. They said that some people get WIFI from the nearby church but I was unable to find any networks in range of the laundromat. There were a diverse mix of clientele inside. The floors were pretty filthy though - looked like they never get swept or mopped. The machines had dirt/stains on the exteriors, closer to the floor areas. There was no air conditioner, instead they had large fans. Compared to the other places I drove around to, this one was the best unfortunately. A friend referred me to a new facility that just opened recently though so I will be checking that out next week. I will only return to this location if I cannot find something better. read more

Our washing machine broke and is currently being repaired. We had 35 lbs id laundry among our family of three, and everyone was on their last pair of underwear. Fluff and Fold was a godsend. We just dropped everything off and within a day, we had clean clothes that were either neatly folded or wrinkle free and hung up on hangers. We are more than pleased and will use them and recommend them to any other families, especially professional families-- our clothes were so nicely arranged or hung up, I don't need to iron anything! read more

Don't let them wash your things because it will not be clean. They took my $18.00 and basically told me it's my fault that I didn't tell them to use bleach. This is ya'll business you should know what to do, second you had my phone number call me and ask me, third READ THE LABEL AND SEE CAN YOU USE CLOROX. I am angry because I just gave these people $18.00 for nothing and she acted like nothing was wrong. She did not even offer to redo it or refund a portion of money or anything. This place is a rip off if you are dropping off your things. It's best you wash your own things. read more
