I forget the two gentleman's name but they had the tank in the air in less then 5 minutes. They had it back in place leak checked and ready to go. I talked with him and worked with the installer for four weeks and they still messed up the delivery. They won't even take responsibility for their mess up. I have never seen such apathy towards a customer. They don't care how much they inconvenience the customer or how much they cost the customer due to their lack of planning. They have NO work ethic. Definitely a company that over promises and under delivers.

We…read morepreviously had service through a company out of Woodville that lied twice about the cost per gallon AND they ruined our yard a couple of months ago when we had to get a top-off. The AmeriGas inspectors came out first to do an inspection and saw our poor lawn, which has yet to recover. He explained how their company uses a long hose (? for lack of a better word) and wouldn't damage our yard. They just parked in the driveway and went all the way over to the tank, without touching the yard. We had to delay the delivery once because of snow and they got us taken care of as quickly as possible. I can't say enough good things about them, but certainly recommend them for any propane needs.
