Her attitude is horrible and she bills you before Orkin comes to complete the service. Since when do I get the bill before the service is completed? I've made several complaints about this branch with nothing being done. They will schedule a time and come 2 mins before the service is suppose to end and then say, that no-one was home, and that the outside was completed but they haven't completed anything on the inside but are expecting to be paid for an incomplete service. Thank God I had cameras to prove that this is what was happening repeatedly. Then when you call to complain and try to re-schedule, Shannon is getting an attitude as if your invoice is being billed to her and you don't have the right to be upset about your time being wasted and an incomplete service that your still being charged for.
