Before they could replace my unit Dwayne called to check on my husband and me due to the heat. He helped me keep the house cool enough until they could replace the unit. They were the 2nd ones to check it . The 1st company charged me over $850. and told me it was repaired. It wasn't, after $850. They decided I needed a new unit. I did get a new unit at a lower cost. I will never use anyone but Tropical Air, can't beat the customer service from the receptionist to the installers. Thank you Dwayne and Jake for everything.

I saw another reviewer saying they made 4 visits, that's likely an older unit. Marvin & his servicemen are very competent and professional and they tell me if they're not sure the older unit may not hold up, especially in extremely high or low temperatures. I talked with him and worked with the installer for four weeks and they still messed up the delivery. They won't even take responsibility for their mess up. I have never seen such apathy towards a customer. They don't care how much they inconvenience the customer or how much they cost the customer due to their lack of planning. They have NO work ethic.
