As luck would have it, the septic system in his property failed late last night (Monday) leaving my sister and mother there alone to manage this strange and overwhelming system. I first used them in March of 2022, had to use them again in…read moreFebruaryruary of 2023 and now not even two weeks later and after being away from home not even 6 days after they came out and paid her $250 the pump has backed up again. Asked her can she come back out and check to see what is going on and she tells me it is $225 for 12 days later when she was only out her for 10 minutes cleaning it. She said it was too wet to check to see if the lines were working properly but i have to pay her to come back out to see not even two weeks later to see it they are working properly and the tank has backed up again. That tells me it is all about money and not about your customer. It is only 4 people in the house. The septic tank has to have an issue and she should have found that issue 11 months ago when she first cleaned it out as she said you could tell it had not been cleaned in many years. thanks for me having to hire someone to come out and check my tank again DANA very upset

Before they could replace my unit Dwayne called to check on my husband and me due to the heat. He helped me keep the house cool enough until they could replace the unit. They were the 2nd ones to check it . The 1st company charged me over $850. and told me it was repaired. It wasn't, after $850. They decided I needed a new unit. I did get a new unit at a lower cost.
