Based on the highly negative experience I had with their customer service, I strongly discourage anyone from using this facility. As a female customer, I simply asked basic questions about whether their facilities offered connex boxes or not, but instead of receiving helpful assistance, I was subjected to disrespectful and sexist remarks. The representative's suggestion that I should search for pictures of a connex online was both unprofessional and offensive. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their rude behavior and reiterated the straightforward nature of my question, clearly stating that the website I consulted only provided internal size drawings through Uhaul, the representative abruptly ended the conversation by hanging up on me.
