As they "like to take time off" they are not available on Saturdays after 12 PM to resolve those issues. I use my unit for finer wood storage for weekend projects. So if you are like me and HGS screws up, you are out of luck. The first time this happened, it was a minor inconvenience. The last time this happened cost me an entire weekend of work. For that, I do not recommend Hickory Grove Storage if there is any chance you need your unit on the weekend.

After being a loyal customer of this storage facility for three years, the first year I decide to go with their lock and key all my belongings have been stolen. The owner nor the workers of the facility offered any type of help or compensation of the monthly payments that I have been making on the unit. Apparently there is no security cameras around the property other than the ones facing the office. How convenient ?? The owner himself rather than help argued with me saying that it was not his issue. I lost a total of $2000+ worth of electronics and personal pictures and information that I won't ever get back. The customer service sucks and anyone in the Albany area should take their money over to LAKE PARK STORAGE !
