After being a loyal customer of this storage facility for three years, the first year I decide to go with their lock and key all my belongings have been stolen. The owner nor the workers of the facility offered any type of help or compensation of the monthly payments that I have been making on the unit. Apparently there is no security cameras around the property other than the ones facing the office. How convenient ?? The owner himself rather than help argued with me saying that it was not his issue. I lost a total of $2000+ worth of electronics and personal pictures and information that I won't ever get back. The customer service sucks and anyone in the Albany area should take their money over to LAKE PARK STORAGE !

Avoid this facility at all cost. They purchased the business from Gillionville Storage and every…read moresince that time have been increasing the fee's. I have a small unit which I was paying $35.00 per month which increased to $68.00 per month for the same unit. There's a mandatory rental insurance cost of $12.00, which makes that same small unit $80.00 The late fee is reasonable which is $20.00, but after the 30th of the month the lien fee is $125.00 almost double the last facility. I received a notice in the mail for $122.00. On 09/20/2022, I called the manager and asked why did I receive a bill for that amount. I was told that my now $68.00 unit will now cost me $90.00 per month before any insurance or late fees. I was told that the units rented under the old company was under market value so the company reevaluated every three to six months. This means in this financial climate tge units could increase even more. Full disclosure you can get your own rental insurance and save $12.00. This is not slander this is my story of dealing with this facility.
