Her customer service has always been wonderful whenever I have come in contact with her, but this recent time was UNMATCHED!!! There was a maintenance issue with my U-Haul and to make it short, Abby made sure I was well taken care of and got everything that I needed. She was so kind and understanding and truly went above and beyond. I wish that everyone could be like Abby. She is such a light in this small town and someone who I would recommend anyone work with. I also noticed that she is bilingual which is very important in a town that has an international college! Troy Self Storage is very lucky to have her and I also want to give a special mention to the manager, Brianna. They both were amazing and will forever have my support and business!
