Great first time storage rental experience! I booked an appointment with StoageMart's competitor - Public Storage to take a look at a unit, which was priced at a promotional cost of $1 for the first month. Instead, I accidentally walked into the neighboring Storage Mart and when they realized that I was at the wrong location, they tried to do their best to work with me. Not only did they match the price provided by PS, but they offered me a much better deal all around!! I dealt with the General Manager - Hamid, and Tara, who were both amazing and completely easy to deal with. Tara took me up to the unit and fully explained the process. On the day that I came in to drop off my stuff, Hamid helped me with the freight elevator (since it was my first time) and was completely accommodating in answering all my questions. I have never written a review for a service I've received or a product I've purchased but I felt the need to express my gratitude and content for both product and service brought upon me by StorageMart on O'conor avenue. My moving experience was effortless and seamless due largely in part to their wonderful, friendly and kind manager, Hamid. He went above and beyond my expectations. "I treat all my customers as if they were staying at a 5 star resort." I immediately witness just what he meant: I was offered a very large unit at a great price right by the loading dock doors. For extra convenience a dolly was waiting there for me as well. The facility was clean and well lit, under 24 hour supervision with many security cameras. I could enter and leave the premise until 11 pm by using my personal security code. I knew my personal goods were in a professionals hands the moment I had entered the door. I have been using storage units for about 8 years now. I have used all of the top companies out there. Most of them are fine, without any issues. I have been to a few storage marts, and never had any problems. This storage mart on O'Connor is by far the best one I have used. Good enough for me to put my first storage unit review. The manager, Hamid, and his staff are the best at what they do. They don't just give you information, they give you advice. Hamid has given me great advice ever since I met him. If I need a unit on hold, he does it for me. When I leave him a message, he returns it right away. If you are in the area please check it out. The facility is clean, I never seen any roaches or mice. I used Storage Mart previously in 2007 for a month - and immediately thought of their services again in 2014. We needed a storage locker for no more than two months. The staff were very helpful, patient and understanding and accommodating. Hamid, the manager, and one of the female employees were exceptional. The lockers were clean and I felt my belongings were secure. A few things that may need improvement: the number of trollies available - there was a shortage; we encountered one with a flat tire; and a light was burned out in front of our unit on pick up which made for a dark locker. But - I am sure Hamid would take care of these things once aware. I would definitely use this storage locker service again. read more

Great service! The Manager Hamid is very accomodating and helpful. Loved that fact that you would have a conversation with one employee and then at a later date you could call and speak to someone else and all the information would be updated in your file so there was no confusion about what you had talked about in the previous conversation. The facility itself is very clean. Always had carts available when I needed to move my items. Had to wait for the elevator a couple times, but all the other customers were respectful of your time. Staff members are knowledgeable and care about the service they provide and the facility. Would totally rent another storage locker there again. read more

I'm a customer with storage mart and couldn't be more happier. The staffs are wonderful and are always ready to help me. I have talked with Hamid at different times and he is outstanding and really knows how to treat his customers. Also this store is always clean and well in order, I took notice even through the winter months how wonderful the store was kept clean. The team at StorageMart on O'Connor has been amazing. I work for a multi national company that operates large scale events, and using storage for our event materials is essential. Hamed was so accommodating for me, when we realized our current unit was too small, he quickly found us a larger unit and even helped us to move. One day when we were having a problem with one of our suppliers, he even let me set up my computer in the office and send some emails! I was so grateful. For the past ten years at haul out time, we rent a small unit for the winter months to store our boat's contents. We have tried several facilities over the years but this one is tops. As well as clean, well-maintained and secure, it's very reasonably priced for what it offers. But what really made us come back here instead of somewhere a bit closer to home was the very friendly and helpful manager Hamid. The staff are amazing at this location. I've dealt with two different people and they were both friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciate the professionalism and kindness - all while following all Covid protocols. The units are clean, the hallways are clean, the elevators are always working, and there has always been a dolly available on every visit. I like that the lights are on motion-sensors to save energy. We had an outside shipping container locker for 6 months. The facility was always clean and well maintained. The gate always worked & in fact was upgraded during our time there. I always felt my stuff was secure. When we signed up, people were pleasant & helpful. When we cancelled the locker, Hamid & Tara were very helpful and easy to deal with. I had a very good experience with storing my furnitures with Storage Mart at 1776 O'Connor Drive. When signing up for a unit, the rep was polite, took time to show me exactly where my unit was located and answered any questions I had. It was easy to come an go at any time I needed to get to my storage unit and the manager was extremely polite when I told him I no longer needed the unit. A good experience. read more

this location lacks full camera coverage of their outside storage lot which means that certain stalls are vulnerable to unrecorded theft or vandalism. The entire compound is fenced however it is an easily climbed chain link style fence. Climbing the fence is made easier since trees are also next to it. I hope they upgrade this facility more securely since theft targeting storage compounds is on the rise. read more
