I would never put the experience that I have had here on my worst enemy. The manager Ryan only cared about the money that I owed and not processing my claim. In his words "Honestly your claim has nothing to do with your rent being due, that is totally separate". So yes you get it, they just want your rent and do not genuinely care about your belongings. OH AND DID I FORGET TO MENTION, you SHOULD DEFINITELY NOT leave your credit card or debit card information on file because they took it upon themselves and took a payment without my authorization.
