I would normally give these guys five stars cause I've been using them for eight years now and…read morethey're always very friendly and kind. The service used to be top-notch at a great price and if you had jobs that needed to be done like shoe repair or belt repair they pretty much did a lot more stuff and just Dry Cleaning. The only reason I'm giving them three stars instead of five stars is the couple that owns the place is no longer there and the new person is accommodating, but I've been disappointed as the place doesn't seem to be running quite like it did before I needed a suit cleaned and one of my cuffs on my pants needed to be hemmed up basically two or three swipes with a needle. I got charged $15 to clean the suit $15 for the one minute sewing job and then I had to pay a fee for Dry Cleaning disposal at the end. I stopped bringing in my men's shirts because they used to replace buttons . now they damage are missing now they do the exact opposite. They've been breaking buttons on new shirts. I miss the original couple because they were wonderful. We would bring them Christmas gifts and they were very thoughtful but be careful with shirts. They like to break buttons when they clean now and they don't replace the missing ones and get a price for alterations cause $15 for a 30 second to one minute job on the cuff. I thought it was a little bit over the edge.

It was hard to justify, but I figured this was a permanent solution to my problem. The guy told me we will never have birds in our vents again. Nope!! Within a year, one of the vent covers fell off because it was not properly attached. I blew it off and didn't want to bother the company, but then we started to smell dead animals because the birds were getting into my vent system. Then another one recently fell off. I called the company and I felt that they should reattach those covers as a good faith gesture, especially since they charged so much.. They admit that their covers are brittle and they said they will charge $250 to come and fix what they did not properly install. Stay away from this company. They charge astronomical prices and install inferior products so that you have to call them back and they can make more money off of you. Manipulation and denial of responsibility at its finest! I will be contacting my attorney and I will make sure that other people do not work with this company.
