Expensive and unreliable We hired 777 for a move across the country with some intermediate storing of our belongings. Very professional sales process but be aware of a lot of liability exclusions. The price is very high, which they base upon high reliability and professional service. When it comes to signature, you will be rushed through a lot of electronic documents on an iPad. Take your time at this step and do not get rushed. Things to look at are (amongst others): - an excessive number of liability exclusions - your declared move in day becomes the first day of a 3 week window - there is lots of implicit language that only hints at what is not being part of the contract without stating it - the company will refer to it and insist that they are in the right Note, the quoted price of more than 24,000 got increased by additional 3,000 on the day before delivery as their truck couldn't get into our residential neighborhood. During packing they marked basically all furniture as damaged to further reduce their liability. You will see this only when signing the bill of lading. Do not accept these markers without any evidence, e.g., detailed fotos, which are regularly not supplied. We had first breakages already during the packing process. Also take note of any remarks that say that furniture will not be reassembled. We had 2 beds marked as "IKEA, will not be reassembled". We do not have IKEA beds, only one desk, which was not marked as such ... During delivery, there is no information on an ETA whatsoever, just the repetition of "you agreed to a 3 week time window" with your given date being its first day. There will be a call by the driver one day ahead of delivery. In our case this was when we learned about the additional 3,000 to be paid. Payment is due before they start unpacking, taking away all leverage that you may have. Unpacking left a chaos, more than necessary. Boxes have been distributed randomly, reassembly happened only partly (note, of the furniture that did NOT have a marker "will not be reassembled"). Reasons given were "we do not do IKEA" and "we do not do shelves". Others were just not done, like a big garden umbrella. The team caused damage to our hardwood floor. Packaging was haphazardly dropped into the garage, on top of boxes and other belongings that still needed unpacking. A week after, we still haven't found all of our belongings. Before being done with the job (still some box sorting and reassembly needed), the team vanished. An immediate call to. Triple 7 went nowhere. "The team is already too far away. You need to submit a claim." The claims process is organized in a way that you can submit exactly one claim. The wording is: "You can submit a claim". This makes it impossible to gradually identify problems or get urgent ones done fast (like the missing but paid for reassembly). All in all, a totally unpleasant and expensive experience. This was not our first long distance move, actually our 5th one (add a few short distance/regional moves) - but by far the worst. read more

**Triple 7 Movers Review: A Stellar Moving Experience!** I recently had the pleasure of using Triple 7 Movers for my relocation in Henderson, Nevada, and I can confidently say that the experience exceeded my expectations! From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. First and foremost, I want to give a special shoutout to the incredible crew that helped with my move: Jose C., Robert, Emanuel, and Brian. Each of these gentlemen brought their unique strengths to the table, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. **Jose C.** took the lead with a calm and collected demeanor that immediately put me at ease. He was incredibly organized and had a clear plan for the day. It's evident that he has a wealth of experience in the moving industry. He was also very attentive to my concerns and made sure to address any questions I had along the way. His leadership made a significant difference in how efficiently the move was executed. **Robert** was a powerhouse! His energy was contagious, and he handled the heavier items with ease. I was genuinely impressed by how he navigated some tricky angles in my home and managed to get my oversized couch through the front door without a scratch. Robert's positive attitude and sense of humor made the day feel less like a chore and more like a fun adventure! Then there was **Emanuel**, whose attention to detail was remarkable. He carefully wrapped and protected all my fragile items, ensuring that nothing would be damaged during transport. Emanuel also took the time to ask me about my preferences for packing and placement in the new home, which made a world of difference when unpacking. His kindness and patience were much appreciated, especially during such a hectic time. Last but certainly not least, **Brian** was a fantastic addition to the team. He was instrumental in loading and unloading the truck, and his efficient approach helped us stick to our timeline. His friendly demeanor made it easy to ask questions and express any concerns. Overall, my experience with Triple 7 Movers was nothing short of fantastic. Moving is stressful! I mean, just vetting through the 10 companies calling me trying to get me to book with them, was a task of its own! I went through everything and learned so much. From moving brokers out of florida pushing to snag my credit card, with a huge deposit and even bigger empty promises, to other companies throughout the nation with horrible horror stories. Michael called me from triple 7 movers, and said he is here to help me with my long distance move. He promised to be there for me, and advise me, even if I chose another company. He felt like a combination between a best friend and a long term professional consultant, and I never met the guy! Triple 7 movers process is simple, fair, honest, and transperent. Michael went though all possible scenarios, and was the only one who really cared about my needs, and asked every detail to avoid surprises. On move day the crew came in and handled everything super professionally, they wrapped my expensive furniture, backed my boxes, and headed out in a blink of an eye. Leaving a house so clean I barely had to vacuum. The delivery, which seems to be the hardest portion of them all... went without a glitch! The driver and crew showed up ready to go, and it only took them a little over a week to drive all the way to the east coast! They had everything placed where I wanted, and all furniture assembled and ready to be used. There were a couple scratches, which is totally understandable, I mean, they moves 478 items, out of which only a couple had very minor scratches, which they even offered to get fixed Thanks so much triple 7 movers read more

Dissatisfied Customer 777 Movers have damages my household goods, walls were scraped and chipped paint at the rental property that I was being move from. Unfortunately, I got stuck with a healthy repair bill at my expense, no assistance with the cost. Delivery to my new residence was disaster too, the beautiful wooden staircase is now chipped and scared and walls. 777 Mover crews seemed to lack experience. They demonstrated unsafe maneuvering while carrying my furniture. While lifting a heavy bedroom bureau dresser, which I think requires at least 4 - man lift, but 2 small size guys attempt to lift and take it upstairs to the second floor. Well, they drop it and lost control. It fell on top of one of the guys and he was slightly injured....it took several men to remove the dresser off him, it had pinned down under pretty good. I tried express to Lead Mover / foreman ...they have damaging my dresser and wooden stairs. He did not seem to concern at first, his responses and actions were very unprofessional. I asked him to take pictures after yelling at him. I had called the Manager Jason at 777 Mover numerous time since the move in November 2020. He kept reassuring me that some claims guy name Richard would be contacting me. Guess what, I still haven't heard from him or anyone else...it's late January 2021...no response "You may want to look at other Movers here in the valley!" Check their credentials, reviews and references before hiring...especially the personnel the send to you home for the move. read more

My entire moving experience was excellent from start to finish! I received detailed quotes for various service levels, some of which suited my needs better than others. Scheduling the move was smooth and hassle-free. On the day of the move, I was completely overwhelmed because I was moving alone with no assistance. By the time movers arrived, I was emotionally drained and ready to give up. However, the foreman was very thorough during the pre-move walkthrough, explaining each step clearly and patiently. He seemed to sense I was anxious, especially after I struggled to pack just six boxes, so he provided options and guidance to help me understand what was necessary for a successful move. I truly appreciated his empathy and expertise. The moving team then worked efficiently, coordinating seamlessly with each other, and completed the task swiftly and professionally. Their careful handling of my belongings and teamwork made the process much easier. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking peace of mind on moving day, knowing their possessions will be handled with care and professionalism. read more

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Triple Seven Movers out of Las Vegas and cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. Israel and Jinnes were truly exceptional--on time, extremely communicative, and genuinely appreciative throughout the entire process. They arrived fully prepared with all the necessary supplies and even helped with some of our packing, which was a huge help. They worked quickly but were also very thorough and careful with our belongings, treating everything as if it were their own. What impressed us most was their work ethic. Even after an already long day, they went well beyond the eight hours to make sure the job was completely finished. Their professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude made what could have been a very overwhelming day feel manageable and smooth. If you are looking for a moving company that is reliable, fast, respectful, and truly goes above and beyond, Triple Seven Movers is it. I would recommend them a million times over and would absolutely use them again. read more

Not sure why they are only rated 3 1/2 stars.... I had 500 dollars to spend and my husband are a bit on the older side and didn't want to take the chances of throwing our backs out. So they have a 2hr minimum and that's all i could afford. The nicest lady on the phone that helped me schedule my move(sorry forgot her name) she said " No worries just let the guys know when they get there. They will do their best. We where very organized we had all of the heavy things already in the living room or the garage. We went from a single level house to a 2 story. Any way when they showed up the first guy in charge went through all the paper work very thorough and they stated loading. Very organized these 3 guys..... took them and hour. they met us over at the new address and unloaded and put our beds together for us. All(5) AND WHERE DONE IN 1 HOUR 10 MIN. We went 10 min over but "SO WORTH EVERY PENNY".... I would defiantly use them again and refer them to anyone moving. They moved things with ease and cared and Hella FAST. Thanks Triple 777 Movers. Let me tell you something.. a couple of things... 1.) they are in my driveway currently (and didn't know I was snapping this pic by the way) and I had to jump to give them what I can as fast as they jumped to get to work. 2.) all work no play, I swear they came to work. I felt that vibe! Work they did.. 3.) they showed the appreciation without a lot of words spoken but by the job that they did for the surprise breakfast I gave them. I was born in Brazil and when I see fellow Latinos WORK AND SHOW HOW MUCH THEY WERE GREATFUL THEY WERE FOR JUST BREAKFAST?! Some people would use that for a break and maaaybe not work soooo hard.... and they WORKED and ATE. Amazing to see people appreciate that with the work they do// did//doing/done/ all of the above. You get the point. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE GUYS. RICHI, JINES, JOHNY... GRACIAS. OBRIGADO. THANK YOU. I wish you the best. I don't know how to say thank you in every language, if I did.. I would yelp that too! And for the people who didn't give the, a 5 star.. I don't understand why. 6 STARS. read more

Working with Triple 7 is one of the few things that makes moving less stressful. They have great communication from the moment you call their office until their team is finishing up your move. This time I was able to book them with only a two day notice and they still called me within the first hour of their arrival time frame letting me know they were on the way. I was even more relieved when I saw it was Jose C, Jines, and Robert helping me out today. Jose remembered helping me move a few years ago and I already knew how professional and considerate he was. Once again he had me in and out of my apartment and across town settling into my new one in only a few hours. I can't recommend Triple 7 enough. If you're on the fence or have never hired movers before, these guys are great! Respectful, reliable movers and their hourly rate is more than agreeable; especially when you know it's saving you the stress of loading up a truck yourself. read more

Exceptional Service from 777 Movers - Highly Recommend! I recently used 777 Movers and had an absolutely amazing experience. Dmitri, the sales rep, was fantastic--he helped me set everything up quickly, even arranging next-day service. When moving day arrived, Michael, Isidro, and Robert showed up as my three-man crew, and I couldn't have asked for a better team. These guys were professional, hardworking, and had great attitudes throughout the whole process. They made moving so much easier and stress-free. I even stopped at a 7-11 during the move, and when someone asked how my day was going, I said, "Amazing! I'm moving and have the best help from Mike, Isidro, and Robert at 777 Movers." The lady mentioned she was moving soon and had already been referred to them! It's easy to see why--they offer great prices and even better service. If you're moving, do yourself a favor and choose 777 Movers. You won't regret it! read more

My elderly mother got movers against my wishes. I expected she would be over charged. From the start she was kept informed. The three movers Cheyne, Omar, and Uriel were conscientious and thorough. They arrived on time and worked in a fast manner taking the time to make sure everything was wrapped nicely. The neighbors at one point were pretty rude to them in the senior community but they remained polite and catered to them concerning use of the elevator to the third floor and keeping the sidewalks empty for their wheelchairs. Nothing was damaged or broken. The price came in below quote and was a magnificent deal considering the effort and manpower that went into the move. I would highly recommend this company and was so pleasantly surprised with the results and how wonderful my own back felt the next day. I hope the company recognizes the quality of work done by these fine professionals, Cheyne, Omar, and Uriel. read more

777 Movers is great. The salesperson, Keith, was super helpful and patient in getting everything arranged. he is a great ambassador for Triple Sevens Movers. I was moving a couple dozen some specialty items, 10 of which weren't replaceable. Crispin and his crew were the best. Everything was wrapped very carefully- far more so than I ever expected. I have complete confidence that everything will make it across the country in good shape. Everyone was polite and took their time to make sure they had all my two dozen items well prepared for a long trip. I never expected a crew of four to take 90 minutes to pack up those few items, but it did and the time spent reflected the care my things were given. Have used movers to move around the country about a dozen times in the past 45 years and Triple Sevens is easily the best of all of them. To top it off, the price was fantastic too! read more

Hired Triple 7 movers to move us into our new house out of 2 storage units. The team was early and let me know that was the case. The team loaded up items from the storage units. They took special care of our items, even rewrapped the mirrors, packed the small items that were left around the units and made sure everything was tied down properly for the trip across town. When they arrived at the house they put down rug guards on the carpeted areas of the house. They were extremely patient with us while we told them where everything needed to go and they made sure everything made it to the correct spots. They even offered to unwrap all of the furniture and put things together for us. The team had boxes, bubble wrap, tape, ect. to help finish with any last minute items. I highly recommend Triple 7 movers for a professional moving experience. read more

This company saved my life! I had an emergency move to do.. they answered my calls and got me into their system and to have movers/truck by the next morning literally 14 hours after I called. Even as they were about to close and I'm about to go on a plane, they hurried and entered all my information to get it in time so I could have the movers ready bright and early in the morning. They moved everything into their truck very safely with all the best equipment/blankets, etc. the truck driver delivering my stuff was so nice every time I talked to him on the phone with him giving me updates of how far out he was, and him and the other mover who unloaded all my stuff was quick, efficient, careful, and super sweet! 10/10 stars with this company, zero complaints. I'll definitely be using them again read more

I needed a moving company to finish my moving job from Vegas to Northern MT due to another moving company who got their training at scam school. I found Triple 7 Movers and they were beyond spectacular. From my first conversation with Michael in sales, to my updates with Abbey in dispatch, to delivery a few weeks later from Jalal (Jay), the entire process was simply amazing. The entire team was highly professional, kindly courteous, competitively priced, most knowledgeable, respectfully communicative and just overall outstanding and excellent. I honestly cannot say enough good about my experience with Triple 7 Movers. My only regret is I did not hire them out of the gate.
