We didn't have to supervise; we simply told them where we wanted things moved, and they moved them--quickly. Good price. There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.

I was hit with extra charges…read morebecause they claim my apartment was more than 100 Ft from the elevator (an extra $110) and they took away boxes I had offered them from different movers. I had planned to recycle them but the driver said he wanted them. Had I known it would be an extra $272, I wouldn't have agreed. And to top it all off, they charged me an hour extra ($159). I can't complain about the actual movers, who were fantastic, but the shady business practices are enough to make me want to warn others. I had to pay in full before they'd unload the truck, I did not get an itemized bill until I asked twice via email, and then when I questioned the extra charges, I also had to ask twice. Be wary.
