Me and the owner managed to work out a solution where I would be reimbursed for the items ( which I replaced at my own expense) through his insurance carrier, which he implied would take at least 21-plus days. Well it's been well over two months and I'm still waiting for my check.. attempts to reach the owner for updates have been met with silence. They were cheaper than the other movers I came across, but ultimately I ended up paying a lot more in the long run. You get what u pay for.
