We would highly recommend Jeremy, as he is always helpful particularly if we needed to change or downsize the unit. She told us the current monthly prices as: 5'x5' for $45, 5'x10' for $70, and 10'x10' for $100. She said that only 5'x5' units were available at this time but offered to put us on a waitlist for a larger unit, which we accepted. Overall, the grounds and units appeared clean and well maintained. Although the units were not climate controlled, they appeared dry and resistant to the elements. And for our purpose, it is a convenient location between our current home and the area we are focusing on for our next house.

I rented a truck from this location and when I returned the truck I accidentally left my glasses…read more ($400 RayBan glasses with transition prescription lenses) in a RayBan glasses case. As soon as I called the office to see if they had found my missing glasses, they let me know that they found the case but mysteriously there were no glasses to be found. I honestly believe an employee at this location stole my glasses. Of course there is nothing they can do to investigate or help out the situation. I'm just letting it be known that I believe this location has some untrustworthy staff members because I am certain my glasses were stolen.

We picked up a truck & car hauler from this location to drive to JAX Florida this past week, and…read morehad a horrible experience. First, they gave us the wrong truck and had to switch it out, then the one they gave us had not been cleaned so we had to wait for someone to go through and clean it. After getting in the truck and hitting the road (for 16 hours mind you) we realized the windshield wipers were annihilated, the AC vents were falling out of the sockets, the arm rest of the drivers seat was broken and hanging from the hinge, and the drivers side door did not close all the way. After making it to Florida, we went to drop the truck off down the road and we were told it was the wrong drop off location. This is after we specifically asked the Waterford location if we had to take it to a specific location for drop off, and were told no, you can drop it off at any location in Jacksonville. It seems U-haul on Highland road has much room for improvement.

The service here by Marius is AWESOME, he helped me with the van and all the things I needed but he added in a personal touch and helped me navigate and find a doctor to help with my family members sudden health issues. He called just to check in and worked with me as I needed the van for longer than expected. I couldnt imagine a better person to have met during this time in my life. He was also very professional and helped me figure out which things I'd need to make the move easier. The prices here are fair and I took out the extra coverage cuz credit cards don't cover rental equipment and the cost per day was very reasonable and just so easy to pick up and drop off and extend my rental. I'd recommend this place to anyone for their U-Haul needs and special shoutout to Marius he's a real gem of a guy and helped me with finding movers last minute and really just made a difficult situation easier and customer relationships are very important to me he's genuine, thoughtful and kind so I'd recommend this location to anyone as they go above and beyond in my recent experience.
