Seriously? That's unacceptable. Then she claimed the thieves got in through the back fence, but when I went to look, there was zero damage. Nothing added up, and she clearly didn't care. I also paid extra every month for a climate-controlled unit, and guess what? No A/C for the entire year. Just more empty promises: "There's a work order in." That's her go-to line for everything. I lost thousands of dollars in stolen property, and this facility has done nothing to make it right. No real answers, no security, no functioning cameras, and absolutely no accountability from management. This place is unsafe, mismanaged, and a complete waste of money. Stay far away.

I asked to reserve it and was told that I didn't need a reservation because I'd be there in 30 minutes. I drove across town to get it. Upon arrival the same employee I talked to went through the entire paperwork process with me, RAN MY CREDIT CARD and had me backed up to the trailer when Jamal the manager said there was a reservation on it and I couldn't have it. So now it's too late for me to go get another one and I get upset and give this employee a piece of my mind. Then Jamal starts yelling at me telling me to leave the store and telling me that he doesn't give a F&&& about my problem.
