Seriously? That's unacceptable. Then she claimed the thieves got in through the back fence, but when I went to look, there was zero damage. Nothing added up, and she clearly didn't care. I also paid extra every month for a climate-controlled unit, and guess what? No A/C for the entire year. Just more empty promises: "There's a work order in." That's her go-to line for everything. I lost thousands of dollars in stolen property, and this facility has done nothing to make it right.
