Upon arrival the same employee I talked to went through the entire paperwork process with me, RAN MY CREDIT CARD and had me backed up to the trailer when Jamal the manager said there was a reservation on it and I couldn't have it. So now it's too late for me to go get another one and I get upset and give this employee a piece of my mind. Then Jamal starts yelling at me telling me to leave the store and telling me that he doesn't give a F&&& about my problem.
