I only found out about the infestation because I had to get something from my storage unit. The minute I walked into the building it smelled so bad!!! I open my storage unit & see a freaking DEAD rat stuck on the floor. I am very disappointed. I know my stuff is ruined. And all I get from the guy that sits in the front is for me to make a claim.
