They didn't wrap multiple items chipped 2 dressers, dining room table, dining chairs, threw couch cushions into the back of the truck (damaged leather) and took 6 hours! When trying to get a hold of managment they ignored text, emails, and voicemails. Finally admitted they never used the movers they assigned that day. They did send someone out to fix items but was not the same. Very unprofessional will not use again.

Instead 2 dedicated but unsupported by their company movers showed up and BUBBLE WRAPPED EVERY SINGLE THING (then took a photo) and insisted they'd get fired if they didn't. The plastic kitchen small trash can? YES. ALSO BUBBLE WRAPPED. The individual plastic patio plates? YES. ALSO INDIVIDUALLY BUBBLE WRAPPED. So in 10 hours they did NOT "pack" my SINGLE PERSON 1BR apt. (half of which I'd packed myself prior to their arrival). A SECOND DAY to move was added - which is not easy when you live in uptown Dallas high rise - I had to secure the freight elevator and moving hours etc. AGAIN, the final bill was THREE TIMES what THEY quoted me. After multiple "customer service" conversations they have offered to take $100 off. Soooooo IF you want your few belongings packed OVER TWO DAYS and to the tune of THREE TIMES THE EXPECTED BILL move forward. I appreciated the call and I was able to work with that. Prior to my move-in day I was in communication with one of their customer service reps, Priscilla. She was very helpful, great about answering the phone and responding to emails in a timely manner, and provided excellent customer service in regard to scheduling and answering all my questions. Great communication, quick with quotes and quick to make any adjustments according to our situation. Scheduling was smooth. We were working a very time sensitive situation. We had contractors scheduled and this company worked with us to pack AND move BOTH tenants out the same day when we had discussed it would be two separate days for each unit. They worked until late to be sure it was all done and moved into storage units. They came back to unload the storage units and unpacked everything. They were even good to schedule on separate days to accommodate both tenants schedules. We would definitely use them again in the event we needed to pack and move.
